Completed 6 days of training. If you are a fitness/martial arts enthusiast look no further. Expect to do 3 a days (2 classes, 1 one solo trainer session). You will sweat buckets (even in February). While the trainers are positive and encouraging to all levels, what you put in is what you get out. They're many trainers who respond with more enthusiasm to higher effort levels. If you are a serious fighter/martial artist, arrange with management to find the trainer(s) to give you the work and technical instruction you want. 'Non' was a great fit for me, giving me love marks to show he cared. But you don't have to spar or be struck at all to reap big benefits of hard effort. Gym is self contained, pretty much has it all with extremely good-clean food made right there. The lounging area has great beanbags in the shade under fans. Easy to socialize or just be alone. I lived in the gym for 6 days and found it painful to leave. Therapy massages were great and probably what kept me going. Downside - not much. It's busy, so express what your goals are to get the desired guidance. At least a month is recommended if available. Can cost a lot to get to Thailand, but not much when there. 7-11s inexpensively covers most of your living needs. Many food choices outside of location. A secondary facility is located on an elevated position over the coast line and open for use and eating. A much healthier and more simple existence than modern western consumer pressure and bills. Some people (I guess without obligations) don't leave.

Such a good gym, great equipment, very clean, nice staff. Only thing to keep in mind is it gets veryyy sweaty because it is open and no ac just fans, but it was worth it.

Great gym to train at for a solo traveller.
First time I’ve ever done any sort of fitness training camp and I really enjoyed it.
The gym itself is set up very well, the group classes are very good and the atmosphere of the place is ideal as it’s got the balance of being social but being able to do your own thing as well. The food was good (there was a nice selection to choose from and everything was nice) and the accomodation included was ideal for the training, easy to access the gym and big clean room.
There was a lot of people returning to the gym for another camp and I can see why, I’ll be doing the same in the near future.

Great experience at the Lamai Fitness Retreat. I went for the four week VIP program, and it was excellent. My main goal was to lose weight, and I lost 17 pounds in 3.5 weeks through a combination of exercise and diet control via the meals at the LF restaurant. Excellent regimen. No pressure, but everyone is encouraged to do as much as they can. I was the oldest and probably the weakest man there, but everyone was encouraging, staff and other participants. I honed in on what I liked (hiking) and did extra hikes in lieu of some of the classes. It was an excellent, changing group of people throughout my time there. All the instructors are excellent, clearly explaining and demonstrating the exercises and ensuring that we were doing them correctly. I had a problem with one foot, and they sent me to a physiologist who identified the problem. Elliot, my PT specialist, then worked me through exercises that really made a noticeable improvement. Same for a lower back problem. I highly appreciated this. Eve was really quick responding to all my emails, both before and after I booked. She also was personally responsible for me succeeding in the Buddha hike two weeks in a row. I definitely would have given up the second time without her encouragement and patience.

The gym is very modern and clean. They have all facilities you need for a good workout.

However one day pass was about 12 euros and thats really expensive for thailand (in fact there were only foreigners in the gym). Also you get a small bottle of water for free.

All in all a very nice gym so if you want to work out in Ko samui you have no better choice even though it is expensive :)

Great place with Master Wech. I took private session once, it was amazing. Now this camp under construction and becoming bigger, investors making here new roof and building with hostel for living. Planning my next stay with accommodation.

Ive trained at a few gyms in thailand but always go back to Jun when on koh samui. Very authentic thai gym and style.
Very hard but improves your fitness and strength in no time.
Good knowledge from the trainers and a good focus given to technique.
    Highly recommend.

New to muy thaï and instructors had a fantastic way to make it fun yet demanding and technical. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The staff makes you feel welcome and you feel part of the muy thaï family. Highly recommend for anyone to try. I am a yoga person but definitely see the benefits of combining both sports and learnt a lot fast thanks to the teachers who invest into you.
Roughly it went like that (although some days are different) After running and warm up you are assigned to a teacher to learn the punches and kicks etc… then you have the choice to spare I.e pretend fighting and use the bags for practice with conditioning and strengthening exercises like push ups then cool down. I like the size of the group classes is manageable and not overwhelming (<10ppl when I was there)
I brought my 3y old to training sessions and the teachers took time to play with him whenever he was ready to give a few punches and kicks. He asked to come with me every time I went.

from all gym's i have been in koh samui this is no doubt by far the best. its frequented by many fit young people, compared with what i have seen in other gym's in koh samui
, its very clean , quite tidy no mess with the dumbells and the machinery is relatively new and its clearly the gym with the most machines, a number of huge aircon machines cool the place down. Friendly staff, prices are as to other gyms. there is also a chill out area where digital nomads seem to work.
so this place i think is pretty close to the standard of a gym in europe - for me clearly the No 1 place in koh samui

My little girl has great fun here at the sports gymnastics class. She has a lot of energy and loves it here! There are loads of different dance and fitness classes on their schedule, so you never have to stick to just the one class and can mix it up. Teachers are all lovely and extremely talented at what they do, they always make it so much fun for the kids!

Good gym near Lamai beach. The staff are friendly and on hand to help with any questions or issues. There is a cardio area up stairs and a fully equipped weights area downstairs - machines and free weights.

The gym is clean and they give you a towel for your session. There are lockers and a toilet/shower.

I had no issues getting on any of the equipment when I attended.

Came to Samui for 3 weeks. The gym was close to our base. Great way to start your day. Outdoors which is lovely. There is various equipment not high tech but all ok for an all round workout. There is a boxing ring and you can get lessons. Staff are great. They ended up training with us. Once you have finished training you can shower off and change there. It is a short walk to Shangrilah a bar on the beach, perfect for lunch and a well earned beer.

We had an one hour Muay Thai private lesson at Superpro during our stay in Samui. My husband and I shared one coach and my son get one coach by himself. We were taught for basic Muay Thai, the coaches were very patient, dedicated and experienced. It was an amazing experience and we definitely will be back when we visit Samui again.

If you were a young boy who loved martial arts movies who turned into a man who loves Muay Thai like I did this is the exact place you would dream of visiting. It's a private Muay Thai paradise with super good vibe for pros to beginners. I stayed in the big room for a month and it was my favorite place that I have ever stayed in Thailand. I couldn't reccomend it more, it's one of my favorite places in the entire world.

Go there, be cool, you will be very happy.
