    The BEST experience
    I had the time of my life at this place.

    Don’t get me wrong the training is very intense, they work you hard but still at your own pace. The quality of the trainers is exceptional where they provide detailed guidance and always remain patient. I levelled up my ability so quickly even only being here for a week.

    I stayed in the righter room accommodation which was great, it was cleaned often enough and the facilities were exceptional for the price I paid. When the washing machine was broken they did all of my laundry without asking.

    I made life long friends here it’s such a great environment to be in, from the front of house to the trainers to the guys in the cafe the service was exceptional.

    I cannot wait to come back here and am planning to ASAP!

    Muay Thai with a passion.
    We found this gym last year at which time my wife had a number of private lessons with trainer Boe. On return this year I decided to have a go and from that point on I have not looked back. The Gym is located just 200 meters from the junction with Chaweng Beach road and within easy walking distance of all hotels on the main strip. The gym is run by Lek , his wife and two trainers Pong and Boe. They are all very friendly, professional and very passionate about Muay Thai. The cost for an hours private lesson is 800Baht and you get a full hours workout. I was lucky enough to get two weeks of private training with Pong and have left feeling fitter then ever with a new found respect for this ancient art.

    Highly recomnaded Muay Thai session with Saman
    I went with my son (19 years old). His does Judo and traditional boxing, and I do traditional boxing. We had a session with Saman, which was great! He is a great trainer with lots of experience and a love of training. He introduced us to Muay Thai and motivated us to work hard even though we were very clumsy in the beginning. It was great, we will definitely come back

    Humble experience
    A humble experience seeing the Muay Thai legend in action.
    I learnt a lot from Samart the greatest.
    I became not afraid of changing stance during a fight, even though I am still bad at it.
    They let me clinch with their younger fighters.
    The whole gym is full of friendly and caring trainers and they serve good home food too!

    Great place
    I did a two hour trainibg session here with my 16 year old son and we both loved it! Very hard work, but so satisfying. You can actually learn alot in two hours. Great trainers, nice atmosfere.

    Great experience of pole dance, Koh Samui
    Professional trainers, friendly atmosphere, good location. Definitely recommend to everyone who want to try pole dance, aerial silks, stretching or handstand =)

    Awesome gym and teachers : you will want to come back for more!
    New to muy thaï and instructors had a fantastic way to make it fun yet demanding and technical. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The staff makes you feel welcome and you feel part of the muy thaï family. Highly recommend for anyone to try. I am a yoga person but definitely see the benefits of combining both sports and learnt a lot fast thanks to the teachers who invest into you.
    Roughly it went like that (although some days are different) After running and warm up you are assigned to a teacher to learn the punches and kicks etc… then you have the choice to spare I.e pretend fighting and use the bags for practice with conditioning and strengthening exercises like push ups then cool down. I like the size of the group classes is manageable and not overwhelming (<10ppl when I was there)
    I brought my 3y old to training sessions and the teachers took time to play with him whenever he was ready to give a few punches and kicks. He asked to come with me every time I went.
