- R.P.1 contributionAfter the Maze bar closed, we just jumped in an already fully packed mini van waiting in front which took us to this place for a proper after party. Very proper indeed. We also met a lot of super friendly new people. If you are looking for fun, this is definitely a great place to go.
During the night, my iPhone slipped out of my pocket and I lost it. Luckily, the bar owner found my phone and was so honest to return it to me when I started looking for it. I really didn’t expect to get my phone back, but all staff are so friendly. Also no money scams when you buy your drinks (not even towards drunk people), they just want you to have a great time. Great creative and well made cocktails, wonderful service, and an absolutely beautiful view. Don't miss it! When we entered most the tables were reserved and we were sat at the bar. There is an extensive cocktail menu and numerous beers too, the spirits are all international brands. The drinks were expensive but this looked like an upmarket bar/club so I suppose that’s expected.
There was a DJ, the music was very loud so bear this in mind.
There is a service charge added to the bill so bear this in mind too. No Mercy Pud is a chill place with great decorated corners to take photos, good music and friendly bartender. - Brian CAuckland Central, New Zealand551 contributionsFog Bar is right next to the more famous Bee Pub. Down a winding road from the top of the market, this place is fairly easy to find. The music is eclectic soft rock, which sets the ambiance. Service is fantastic, with super-friendly An doing barman duty.
The venue is small, and you'll feel welcome there immediately. They have very simple decor, comprising painted mirrors and an interesting mural, with bottles of assorted alcohols suspended from the ceiling above the bar and its display shelves.
They have a good selection of drinks and a happy hour til 8pm! Get there before 7pm to make the most of it!
