Uniquely designed temple. Colorful mosaics in all corners. Must have taken all the love and effort needed to build this place. Truly appreciate the mosaic aspect of this temple. Nice place to pray.

Great hair spa. The massage was really comfortable with very friendly staff.

The hair spa was so great that my wife started daily hunts for hair spas but this was the best.

The description of Bao Dai's palace on Trip Advisor is factually incorrect: "Bao Dai was ousted by Ho Chi Minh in 1945."

Correction: On September 2, 1945, Uncle Ho declared independence from the French and the most recent occupiers, the Empire of Japan. (After the dropping of US nuclear bombs, Japan surrendered to the Allied powers in August 1945.) Bao Dai abdicated to Ho Chi Minh's party, the Viet Minh, and handed over the official seals to the communists. Seeing how Bao Dai, the 13th emperor of the Nguyen dynasty was still influential and symbolic of Vietnam's history, Ho Chi Minh asked Bao Dai to become an advisor to the newly formed Democratic Republic of Vietnam (DRV) as a private citizen. Bao Dai agreed to this arrangement initially although he ended up self-exiled to Hong Kong soon after. Four years later, Bao Dai returned as the Chief of State (not king or emperor) under the Associated States of France (French reclaimed Vietnam militarily twenty days after Ho Chi Minh proclaimed the DRV). He attempted to use his influence for Vietnam's independence from France, with limited success.

In the former childhood home of Emperor Bao Dai’s first and most important wife. This huge mansion, turned museum, is very well organized. I found fascinating the archeological excavations and finds. I appreciated learning more about local hill tribe cultures. It ended up honoring the revolution and then tempering that with how welcoming they are of foreign visitors today. The price was very reasonable at 15,000d.

Trickland was not on our initial itinerary, but when it turned into a rainy day in Da Lat we thought, why not check it out. And we're so glad we did.

Once inside, you take off your shoes and then you walk in and take your first picture. There are arrows on the floor to show you which direction and where to stand.

PRO TIP: There is a board outside the building, before you even walk in, with pictures from other people. It gives you an idea of what to do in each photo op. We wish we would've looked at this ahead of time, because looking back at our photos - we didn't always understand the assignment LOL

It was surprisingly not busy, and since it was just the two of us, one of the staff members went around to each photo op, directed us and took the pictures so we could both be in them. She was super nice and friendly, we just used Google Translate to communicate with her.

We spent about 30 minutes here, and it was definitely a good rainy day activity. We laughed a lot and have some funny pictures to show for it.

Clover Spa IS the best massage and spa place in Dalat! My wife and I came here for our honeymoon (and it was her birthday) and it did not disappoint!

From the moment we walked in, we were treated gracefully by Thao who made an outstanding effort to communicate in English with us. We chose the steam sauna to begin with and then the Special package of a Vietnamese massage paired with a beauty facial treatment. See was my massage therapist - this was one of the best massages I have had in my life. Incredibly relaxing. After the massage my treatment transitioned into a wonderful facial treatment done by Thao. My facial skin has never looked better. She took great time and patience to do a great job.

We were incredibly well looked after at Clover, we will be returning, and we would highly recommend this spa to anyone. What a treat!

Thank you to the team at Clover for a memorable experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Sivananda Yoga training in DaLat, Vietnam. Teachers were very knowlegdeable and dedicated. All the team was highly commited and professional. They were very attentive to everybody's needs. The place is amazingly peaceful and has a special energy to those who want a pause and a reconection with yourself. I left the training confident and ready to teach Sivananda's hatha yoga way. I feel lucky and happy to had this opportunity. Thus, I highly recommend this course to anyone who is in this journey of finding your true self. Marcia, Brazil. Student of July 2024 TTC.

We went to Son’s cooking class yesterday and we really enjoyed it. Going to the market then cooking our meal is probably the best activity we did during our trip. The food was amazing.
Son is very welcoming and fun and she explains everything in detail. She’s always laughing and I must say it’s pretty contagious ! We felt like family.
    It’s a must do !!!

Thinking of a bar that can make you as relaxed as The Balcony Speakeasy Bar in Da Lat is not doubt possible in Dalat city. This bar is one of the best, and I speak from experience. This place welcomes you with an awesome, heartwarming gesture, and immediately, you feel at home. This place is a must-visit for foreigners; the view and atmosphere are incomparable. Come, enjoy premium drinks; the staff and owner are some of the most positive people you can ever find in Dalat city.

After the Maze bar closed, we just jumped in an already fully packed mini van waiting in front which took us to this place for a proper after party. Very proper indeed. We also met a lot of super friendly new people. If you are looking for fun, this is definitely a great place to go.

During the night, my iPhone slipped out of my pocket and I lost it. Luckily, the bar owner found my phone and was so honest to return it to me when I started looking for it. I really didn’t expect to get my phone back, but all staff are so friendly. Also no money scams when you buy your drinks (not even towards drunk people), they just want you to have a great time. And we certainly did!

A great place to do massage during a trip to da lat. Its a bit far from the center, and since they pick you up, distance is not a problem.the staff were friendly and the massage was good, so i was very satisfied.
