The waterfall is not so special and a bit smelly. But the rollercoaster was really fun! We loved that, it's kinda pricey but worth it.

Today (13 may 2023) we went by cab from Da Lat (near Lâm Vien Square) for 650000 Vnd return price (was less than Grab price at the time).

When we got to Thac Voi, the cab parked at the parking lot next to the giant lady Buddha (Linh An). Almost immediately a woman came to us saying the waterfall was closed and that she has a cafe across the waterfall with view over the whole fall. She gave us a folder of her cafe. The view could be nice from her cafe but it would be from a too far distance. We wanted to try to get as close to the waterfall. Glad we tried eventually. We tried 3 ways. The best and safest way was via a cafe called Elephant coffee, which was at walking distance from the lady buddha. Get out the parking lot and go to the right, walk to the crossing and cross the bridge where the water streams towards the waterfall. At the right hand is the cafe Elephant coffee. Here you pay 30000 Vnd to get a very nice view. There were 2 levels you can see the waterfall from, one right after the stairs from the top and one through a more muddy rocky path a level down. Both are well worth it! The pictures are from these 2 levels.

The other routes we tried was going down from the big lady Buddha which led through high and sharp-ish grass and eventually to a fence with a hole in it on the right side of the fence. We didn't go through cause the gap was a bit small and not sure what you can see at the other side.
The other route was just around the corner of the original entry (with a gate with the sign that it is 'temporarily' closed). Here are a few shops and a red old-ish building at the very end. Some shop vendor will come to you and ask you for 50000 VND per person. We were curious so we paid it, but eventually were not glad we did. It all looked very unsafe, super rusty, slippery and a lot of trash. Not strange cause this route is the 'illegal' way to get behind the gate which is supposed to be temporarily closed. So of course there is no maintenance done. When we got to the end of this route, there was a huge rock in front of the view of the waterfall. Did not look safe to climb the rocks there, so only saw the upper side half of the waterfall. All in all, we would recommend to save yourself some time and energy and go via the elephant coffee where you pay a smaller fee for a safe route and better view.
    Hope this helps and enjoy!

At 2,169 metres, this is a highest point in the area and you get a great view of the surroundings. Taking the jeep ride is the fastest way up & down.

Most was good from fresh atmosphere at there to food cooked by Mr. Huy, may I call a master chef for me, all meals was quite delicious and nutritious. I experienced there with sup rowing technique instructed by Mr. Vu, a highly-skilled instructor at sub rowing and swimming skill as well as a wonderful photographer. He is not only generally screening the traveler but also paying in detail for caring tiny things as glasses to avoid leaving it in the water for the traveler. A person that I would like to name that is Mr. Hau, an awesome cameraman, companied during both of sup rowing at the sunset and in the sunrise. He captured every moments during the traveling. We got a lot of beautiful pics and cool videos.
Recommendation is should travel with highlands.

Hands down the highlight of my time in Da Lat! Such a special and exciting way to experience Datanla Falls, away from the crowds. Long, Ni, and Tim were attentive, patient, and fun guides who made me feel so safe and comfortable throughout the experience. What I really appreciated about this tour is that they cap the number of participants at 5-6 people so you get to spend more time abseiling and trekking than standing around and waiting. Highly recommend!

My 8 year old son and I just completed an amazing 3 day trip from Saigon to the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta. It was a great opportunity to get off the tourist trail and experience the ‘real’ Vietnam staying in home stays and visiting family run traditional businesses along the way. The days were pretty long and so decided it was best to catch a sleeping bus back to Saigon on the last afternoon which worked out perfectly. Travis and Allen were amazing hosts. We learnt so much and tried so many different foods along the way. My son said ‘it was the best 3 days of his life’ 😃 so I can’t argue with that!

I had an amazing experience! My guide, Bin, was awesome! Knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and a very safe rider.
Bin took the time to show me a few local places off the beaten path and was very flexible in accommodating and catering to my personal interests.
Definitely recommend this tour company and if you're lucky, you will get Bin as your guide.

I participated in the Dalat Canyoning tour and could not have been happier with my experience! Our guides, Tony and Sam, created a comfortable environment for adventure— taking us through step by step trainings in simple jargon to help us be safe and have fun! Canyoning was well worth the time and energy, to have such fun in a jungle setting felt like dream. Thank you so much Tony and Sam— a beautiful day with these two, not to mention a delicious bahn mi spread post waterfalls and downpour to nourish our tired bodies. Would highly recommend!!!

We did a daytrip from Hue to Hoi An and loved every minute of it!
Mr Viet and Bi have a lot of experience, in both driving and taking pictures ;)
We stopped at the Elephant Springs and a lagoon with fishing village, which we really liked. Would however not recommend the stop at the Golden Bridge/Ba Na Hills, as it was too busy and not really our thing.
We were able to take our time at the different stops and have some drinks and food along the way. Great day!

Had a fantastic day. Miss and Roy were both excellent at explaining how each section of the trip worked, as well as making it as enjoyable as possible. Great way to spend a day in Da Lat. Couldn't recommend it more!

We had a fabulous day riding and experiencing the beautiful countryside of dalat highlands with Mr Dragon and Du. They were excellent riders and were very safe and cautious. We learnt more than we imagined about such a variety of agricultural and cultural practices common to the area. We would highly recommend this as a great way to see the area and get the most from a full day. Thanks so much to Dragon and Du.

My girlfriend and I did the Jungle Boogie trekking tour for 1 day from Dalat. We got picked up from our homestay by the guide and a driver and were brought to the starting point. From there, our guide had an amazing route for us with beautiful viewpoints and lots of nature. His English was very good and he taught us a lot of interesting things about the region. Definitely one of the highlights on our four week Vietnam trip, 10/10 recommend!!
