    This was one of my most favourite tours so far while in Vietnam. Vu the tour guide has so much knowledge and his English is brilliant. If you love the outdoors, climbing and amazing views, this tour is certainly for you!

    Great day trip!
    We had a lovely day trip with Maya! She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the trip super enjoyable even in the heat! The trip is planned out super thoughtfully so you get to see the main sites and Maya even recommends the best photo spots and knows when sites will be less crowded to help you get the perfect shot! Super jam packed day but great experience would recommend!

    Exceptional Halong Bay One-Day Tour
    Definitely recommend this one day tour if you are visiting Hanoi.

    Our tour guide, Phong, was funny and informative. He made sure we all had fun.

    The feast for lunch was a lot of food so come hungry!

    Amazing experience!
    Lam was a fantastic tour guide and his English is brilliant. The bus journey takes over 3 hours one way to Ha Long Bay but it is totally worth it. The buffet was incredible and the sunset party was awesome. One of the best sunsets I've ever encountered!

    THE way to see Hanoi in one night!
    This is THE way to see Hanoi if you only have one night! The host was very responsive and met us at the hotel without any issue and was right on time. We felt safe, secure, and well taken care of the entire time. Our drivers were extremely fun, kind, and a joy to ride with. Great conversation the whole time with Hoa, Liah, Ngan! Every stop was delicious and we left full and happy!

    Great family experience
    Wonderful experience with the family. Great activities, beautiful, well kept boat and soooooo much good food! We loved our Halong Bay cruise, and it was made all the better with our tour guide Lee. He was energetic, organised, entertaining and looked after us all. Would highly recommend.

    Great food, great company
    I took this tour with my husband and we had a wonderful time, eating food that would have been impossible to find ourselves. We had a limited time in Hanoi so this was a fantastic way to taste the flavors of this wonderful city with Jennie, our foodie tour guide. She also gave us so much more information about ‘her’ city, which she clearly loves to share with visitors.

    Safety first
    We book this tour through our Pan Pacific hotel concierge without much hassle US 75 dollars per person. We were very excited after breakfast meeting up with the open air jeep tour at 830hrs. It was scheduled tour for 4 hour late including lunch. Our military jeep was at least 50 years old and survived the Vietnam war. Our driver apparently the oldest in the company look younger than his age. Our tour guide Tina was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Hanoi. Our trip was cut short just after visiting the St Joseph cathedral as the police, tourism board and reporters came to stop the unsafe and not recognised tour as the car was deem unsafe. We hope that the tour operator can ensure safety in all the jeeps so that future tourist like us do not get disappointed with their valuable time wasted and unnecessary inconvenience. It was my dad’s birthday and he was a decorated soldier for bravery and a Dato. I can see all our disappointment in the 4 persons booked. Monies were return but memories spoiled not to mention that if there was an accident we may not have survived. And hence I had urged the company owner to make things right and safe.

    Brilliant Vespa tour of Hanoi
    Myself and my 2 boys had the most fabulous 1/2 day tour of Hanoi backstreet tour. This is the best way to explore the good, bad and the weird of the city. The food was amazing, the back streets and seeing how others live. Sim, Lucas and Mike are the best. Thankyou

    Great few days in sapa trekking
    Had a great time trekking around the
    Villages in sapa - went to Cat Cat Village, Tai Van village and many more !

    Local guides are amazing and easy to talk to - would recommend to anyone wanting to see Sapa and the rice fields!

    Zi and Lala were great guides and made the experience worthwhile

    Choose wisely
    You must choose wisely when booking your trip.By western prices to upgrade your trip is very minimal, so choose well.Firstly, choose a limousine or the premium bus to get there, The other bus has around 40-50 people on board ,the limousine around 8-10 and the premium bus has 20.The limousine bus is a little faster and has wifi etc.Then you can choose to have the buffet or the premium buffet.The price difference is negligible.Then make sure you are on a premium boat.The premium boats are not very crowded and very easy to manouvre with easy access to the toilet.The other thing to know is that all buses stop for 20 minutes before getting to HalongBay.This is to get you try and buy pearls and souvenirs.Its really a waste of time but par for the course.The rest of your trip is exactly what everyone gets: a visit to the caves [ quite a few steps no elevator or wheelchair access] ,kyaking or bamboo boat and lastly swimming or hiking.At the swimming beach you can hire a beach chair,pay for showers and hire floats [around 30000vnd each]. The trip home is nice because you see the lights of Hanoi or you have a 2 hour nap.Many reviews complain about certain things but if you spend and extra $15 or so you will have nothing to complain about.Don't forget to give your guides a little tip [ they are pleasant and work very hard} Hope this helps you enjoy your experience a little more.Happy travels.
