- Kathleen KOakland, CA13 contributionsI like history, so enjoyed seeing the inside of this building and reading about its usage towards the end of the war with the America. It only takes about an hour to go through it, and placards are in English, as well as Vietnamese.

Along the way are huge pots with beautiful flowering plants. Public access to this government building is not allowed. Its exteriors are beautiful, with intricate moldings and designs.

This building is a remarkable piece of history, and you can even climb down into the cellar and up into the attic.
