It is a little out of the way and though quiet most days on our second visit there was a corporate function in the gardens and it was noisy and chaotic.
The pool is lovely, changing rooms clean, sunlounhers and umberellas for shade. there are limited catering facilities though and what there is expensive we thought so we went down to the street and bought local food from a stall.
your not meant to wear shoes round the pool side which is difficult when the floor gets so hot. that said nobody told us not too other than another English speaking guest.
This is a great place to relax and escape the city once you have seen the sights.

Location is great, right along the river which also provides a nice cooling breeze.
Service on the other hand is inconsistent at best. - Releshni K29 contributionsMy husband and I decided to do this during our trip to Vietnam. Its on of the most cheapest ATV rides ever. Remember to wear helmets and protective gear and not go without it or risks serious injury. Nobody pressures to go extremely fast. Its usually not full so a good place to do it at your speed. - RoshNew York City, NY13 contributionsThis casino is really bad bad bad I went prior and had very bad experience too much lost almost 1 lakh USD so my friends visited Saigon so they insisted to go there I said no we go to New world casino it’s better and better offers than this Palazo b’cose here Machions are already fixed programming prior and only permanent guest they win jackpots and draw this reality many knows but friend’s still force as they were staying in Sheraton so I went you don’t believe my all friends we all together loose almost 55,000$ and some guest were getting jackpots and one got grand so many others were talking that don’t get surprised here only permanent guest getting jackpots after loosing they fixed programs in Machion . So my really by gear Advice to tourist and those who are living in Saigon that visit new world Saigon casino but but but never go to Palazo they will take all your money by smiling smiling and offering food and drinks . Many staff very friendly with permanent guest they even stand and talking sexy by body language and guest also very friendly with them so this casino has too much fixing . Save your self and I am openly saying those who are really all know we all can make group chat then meet together and go to people committee of Saigon to close this casino , all managers are corrupt . Really we should take serious action I am already ready and with me have more 18 people already those who are living here and we have recording of one of permanent guest who got grand jackpot how he got and what Palazo doing we have in voice recording that person can meet people committee with us but he wants his name shouldn’t come out . - Victor KCampsie, Australia2 contributionsThis place is pretty decent and convinent to go to. Price is aud 10 including snow boots and snow jacket. Not as cold as I expected, but cool enough for kids to play around in. The slope is good fund for the kids. And a fairly small area for snowman building and snow ball fight.
Outside the snow area, there are (not free) playgrounds for kids to play in. So an good alternative.
Food and drinks wise can be improved with more variety, but given the low volume of ppl.
