- SF GuySan Francisco, CA825 contributionsLocated in the international terminal near gated 26-27. I would recommend making reservations online at their website Sasco - Sleep Zone. The reservation process is quick and you can make the reservation within 15 minutes of your stay. The pods were ok but the mattress is very thin so don’t expect real comfort while sleeping. Also, you will see light it’s not total or semi dark. In addition it’s right outside of the terminal waiting area so you will hear people. - Zfy EdSingapore, Singapore8,519 contributionsWell, located on the 3rd floor of the departure hall, this is considered a much smaller size lounge. (I am not sure if there's an elevator but I walked the stairs here)
Having said that, the lounge is quite nice and decorated with the Vietnamese flavour and displays. Tables were placed quite closed to one another as I think they are trying the maximize the space.
Foodwise, small spread but did provide the Vietnamese local food like the pho soup (that's tasty but surprisingly it's spicy), sandwiches, pastries, fruits, jelly and bread, salad, drinks etc. The food were nice and yummy and were also replenished very regularly.
Service wise was fine as staff were friendly. Initially, our used plates were not cleared for a while as the lounge was quick full house, but after a while, service were faster.
