The Cu Chi Tunnels are a remarkable testament to the resilience and courage of the Vietnamese people. Visiting the tunnels is an unforgettable experience that will stay with you for a lifetime. The tunnels were used as an underground network of passageways for the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. They were also used for weapon storage, communication, and air vents. The tunnels are incredibly well-preserved and you can easily imagine what it must have been like for the Viet Cong during the war. The tunnels are awe-inspiring and you can't help but be amazed by the ingenuity of the Viet Cong in creating such a complex network of tunnels. The tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly and will take you through the tunnels, explaining the history and significance of the tunnels. You will also get to visit the shooting range where you can fire a real gun! Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels is an unforgettable experience that will stay with you for a lifetime. It is a remarkable testament to the resilience and courage of the Vietnamese people and an awe-inspiring reminder of the ingenuity of the Viet Cong.

Although it's prohibited in some countries for protecting animals, it's possible in here Vietnam. You get the bamboo stick with a piece of meat hanging on the string, by paying some VND. Crocodile comes nearby and suddenly snaps your meat. Me and my son had so many fun for this activity. I have intention to visit this theme park only to enjoy the Crocodile Kingdom.

    Monkey Island Eco Forest Park

I went on a Monday and there were hardly any other tourists. The park has several attractions: (1) the monkeys themselves, which you only see around the entrance to the park; (2) a crocodile farm; (3) a restored Viet Cong military base; (4) and a boat ride around the area, which looked fun, but which seemed expensive. It is 600,000 vnd per boat, probably worth it if you’re with a group. The highlight was definitely the Viet Cong base. Most of the path is covered by a canopy of trees, which made it much more comfortable under the midday sun. There is a restaurant on site. It’s overpriced and mediocre, but will do the job if you’re famished like I was after walking around for a couple of hours.

You can take a tour, go by motorbike, or go on by public transport like I did (which does involve some walking):

GETTING TO AND FROM CAN GIO/MONKEY ISLAND FROM HO CHI MINH CITY BY BUS AND FERRY:
    (1) Bus # 20 from Ham Nghi station (5 minutes walking from Ben Thanh market) to Binh Khanh bus station (Bến xe buýt Bình Khánh). This is the last station on route 20.
    (2) Walk from the Binh Khanh bus stop to the ferry (5 minutes)
    (3) Take the ferry to Cần Giờ. This is about 15-20 minutes long
    (4) Get off the ferry, walk to the bus and get on bus # 90. If you walked past the Cao Dai temple on the opposite side, you’ve walked too far. Ask the bus driver or conductor to notify you when the bus arrives at Monkey Island (which isn’t technically an island), otherwise you’ll miss the stop.
    (5) Walk from the Monkey Island bus stop to the park, which should take 15-20 minutes.
    .
GETTING FROM MONKEY ISLAND TO THE BEACH IN CAN GIO. It’s only about 4 more kilometers to get to the beach. Again, if you’re on foot, wait for bus 90, which runs about every 15-20 minutes. You’ll get off at the next to the last stop (again, tell the driver you want to go to the beach), and then you’ll need to walk about 1 kilometer to get to the beach. Check out the seaside restaurants while you're there. I highly recommend the salted shrimp.

As others have mentioned, not for the feint hearted if you don’t like offal or pieces of animals, frogs or fish you don’t know existed. The street markets outside spread for miles. If you want to get a good insight into the culture then Ba Chieu market will provide that.

We loved the tour! We tried authentic Vietnamese street food that we would never have normally tried. We tasted a huge variety and every single meal was outstanding. Our drivers also taught us about the city, shout out to Alison! 100% recommend this tour.

We had a great experience with our wonderful guide Bien who brought us to beautiful spots. The food along the tour was awesome and we very much enjoyed the trip. As it started to pour at the end of the tour, we had to scip the last stop. Bien was very helpful and managed to order a taxi, so that we savely returned to our hotel. When you‘re looking for a streetfood tour in HCMC, we definitely recommend this tour.

What a guy. Very knowledgable. Pat loves his job and it shows. Nothing was ever too much or not enough. The tours were quite intimate and he made it his job to know everyone’s name and get them involved. He is also very informative when it comes to more than just the tours. Ask him about historical Vietnam and you’ll be in for a treat. Highly recommended.

This was a really well run tour. Kudos to Hang and the team. Pick up from (and back to) the hotel was very smooth, and the boat trip on the river was a real highlight, beautiful scenery (there is breakfast, fruit and drinks provided).

Cu Chi tunnels was fascinating, but mainly due to Hang’s excellent tour of the tunnels, how the Vietnamese built the tunnels with sheer ingenuity. Walking (or crouch walking) was fine, but less exciting than the rest.

A note of caution, the firing range is less exciting than it sounds, you can’t see what you are hitting. Buying 5 bullets a person is probably enough. AK47 is far better than M16.

We had the BEST time with our guide Quyen, our drivers - Long and Ttianh. They all looked after us so well. The vespas were really fun and the beer tour was so worth it.
We will tell all our friends back home.
Well done guys! We cant wait to do another Vespa tour with you. Keep up the fantastic work!

We went on a private tour with BOTB and it was one of the most fun and exciting things we did in Vietnam.

Our guides took us (as advertised) on the back of mopeds around the busy streets of HCM City. They were very knowledgeable and personable, sharing stories about the food we were eating, their experiences of life in Vietnam and every topic under the sun.

The food was a lot of smaller and more local spots that would have been otherwise inaccessible to us. Everything from papaya salad in the park to learning to cook Vietnamese pancakes from a roadside vendor.

It may not be the cheapest option, but it's well worth the price.

A fabulous tour with lovely ladies. We were a party of 4 and did the Kiss Street Food Tour in Saigon.

This was without a doubt one of the best tours we have ever been on. The riders were so professional and the tour was so well organised.

We visited so many amazing spots in Saigon that we would never have found on our own. The tour guide organised vegetarian options for 2 of our party.

I could only highly recommend booking this tour even if you’re only in Saigon overnight.

Wonderful experience. Guides were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe the entire time. Food was incredible and everywhere we went we were met with a smile. Food allergies were respected and they even translated a few things for us to avoid ingredients in the future. Best way to be introduced to Saigon.
