Our pilgrimage to Jerusalem in January 2023 was made even better because Dvir Hollander was our guide. The first day we were there, he met us at our hotel lobby, listened intently to our interests, made a plan with us, and then we were off! He is incredibly well spoken, historically knowledgeable, and extremely familiar with not only all the quarters and sites in Old Jerusalem, but also throughout Jerusalem. We appreciated how respectful he was in giving us time to reflect, not rushing us, and regularly checking to make sure we were doing okay with the day's plan and all the walking. He is so courteous to everyone he meets, and a lot of people knew him as we were walking around the different city sites. He took us to an authentic local place for a tasty lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed and only after we asked to meet a few local shop owners, he made some great suggestions, taking us to a world-famous artist's shop, a jewelry shop, an antiquities shop, and Razzouk Tattoo shop - the oldest in the world. All the shop owners were engaging, no pressure, and very engaging. We cannot provide a high enough recommendation for Dvir.
To our new friend Dvir - thanks for making this trip so special!
