Full participation requires moderate fitness for walking uphill in the tunnel, but everything can be done at one's own pace, or easily opted out of, if preferred. - sarah18 contributionsPAUL MADE THIS TRIP! He was an excellent tour guide and gave us a unique insight to his own family’s experience within the history of north and South Korea. I don’t know if any other guide is capable of providing this insight and story but I was fixed. He also had a fantastic humour and presence.
The tour itself was fantastic and incorporated history, walking around, relaxing on a bus as well as the once in a lifetime experience of the DMZ. The whole area is easy to navigate (being English speakers) and we had plenty of time to absorb the atmosphere. - AK4 contributionsReally enjoyed this tour. June was a very knowledgeable guide. We of course enjoyed seeing the city walls, and the views from Naksan Park were stunning. - Amy F3 contributionsI highly recommend doing this cooking class. I loved meeting in the market to purchase items for the class and then heading back to her house for the lesson. She was such a good instructor. It was easy to follow all the steps and to learn about the culture and foods at the same time. My teen daughter and I loved it! The food was delicious. - Roving6795141 contributionThis tour was a revisit for me. My first Secret Food Tour in Seoul was last May right before starting a long group tour. This year, I brought my son back to enjoy it. On my own, I would have never tried several items on the menu, but it all was wonderful. I did skip the octopus. This tour was at the right pace. We received plenty of food. Jessica was a really knowledgeable and energetic guide, and the theme of this tour was a creative and fun point of entry to learn more about Korean society and culture beyond what one might otherwise get in more superficial ways as a short-term visitor.
