We left Myeongdong station at 9am, got to peace park at 10, spent a couple hours there including gondola time, and then we spent time in the DMZ at the 3rd tunnel and at the Dorasan observatory before stopping by the unification village. Our guide Loy managed the time well and I did not feel rushed or bored with the time allocated at the sights. Loy also gave a great narration of the Korean War, and as someone who has done mandatory service, was great at interacting with the soldiers in the DMZ and gave the chance for people to take a picture with a guard. Overall I recommend doing the Gondola for fit people since the gondola area is very hilly and required climbing up the hill twice to see the lookout point and the museum.
