Not too bad for a theme park and queues weren't very long. Only that Madagascar was closed for renovation. I did manage to take most of the rides in one day!

Found the entry fee on the steep side but Mastercard had a promotion for 2 pax for SGD 76 (NP: SGD 41 pp) plus 2xSGD 5 food voucher and 2xSGD 5 retail voucher (need to spend SGD20). Managed to buy tickets online on that day itself before we left for Sentosa Island.

Our favourite part was the huge open aquarium with a great variety of fish which was mesmerising with the soothing music in the background. There were some seats available but with the huge expanse of space, there should be at least triple the amount of seating. We were not sure if we were allowed to eat there but with the food voucher redeemed at the snack counter and absolutely no seating there, we walked over to the open aquarium and just sat on the floor to eat our food.

The touch pool was a disappointment as it was just the starfish that everyone got to touch. A quick touch and you move on unlike other aquariums where you could spend a much longer time and feel the different types of marine life.

We had to wait quite a while for all the rides. However, they were fun and we enjoyed a lot. We also did snorkelling, which was a great experience.

One of the most seeing attractions in Singapore and one of my personal favourite.

If you like to chill by the beach or take a long walk to the ocean it will be the place.

It has everything, food, drinks, activities, ocean, universal studio, beach clubs.

If you are looking for a place to take some amazing pictures - you will like it too.

    Cheers

One of the great attractions in Sentosa Island. If you think it’s only for grown ups, think twice because I brought my nearly 2 years old son and he had an amazing experience and never asked to carry him. By the way, you need to leave the pram outside the building, so it’s best to have a baby carrier if your little ones get tired.

The highlights of our experience was the boat ride which showcased the beautiful attractions of Singapore and watching the Marvel Universe 4d which was my son's first official mini movie. I can’t believe that we stayed 2 hours inside with a toddler. And oh! He is free of charge, check Madame Tussauds websites for more infos. And also, don’t hesitate to ask if they are running any credit card discount.

Thanks to the Madame Tussaud team, you guys are amazing! Love the energy and warm welcome.

Very fun experience. It was a bit costly, but it was worth it. Views are amazing. Definitely try this out if you’ve never been in a cable car before.

Take the cable car to the island and head to the beach at the bottom of the ride. Nice. manmade, beach with huge tankers just off shore. Lots to do. Kind of pricey and touristy but worth a half-day trip. You can bungee jump or do the giant swing and other activities.

The way finding directions at Sentosa was attrocious. Once we asked, we took the escalator down to the Casino Car park to catch the "C" bus which is a free service that does the Sentosa/Fort Siloso loop every 15 minutes. Easy once you know! The fort has been well preserved and the interpretative displays were excellent. Seeing the representation of the surrender was heart breaking. The walkway experience was also brilliant with great views. So glad we went and good to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while.

We took the currently free Sentosa Express from Vivo City and alighted at the last stop - Beach Station. From there, we took the free shuttle to the last stop - Siloso Point. Walk to the road and head left and the starting point is not far from there.

There is a lift to get to the top of the Skywalk and here you can enjoy the sweeping views of the city area as well as the sea. There is an Info Board that tells you of the islands in front of you.

The Skywalk takes you to Fort Siloso which was a fort built by the British to defend Singapore. Highly recommend that you walk the grounds to get a feel of fort life during WWII. Both the Skywalk and Fort Siloso are free.

Went for the 60 minutes Dolphin Discovery where you get to go waist deep into the pool.

Amazing and eye opening experience! Jan (hope that I got her name right) was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about dolphins. It was a great joy learning more about dolphins from her. You can tell that she really shares a bond with the dolphin, Siha (sp?).

The one and only drawback, which is also the greatest disappointment which many has raised, is the fact that photos cost $78 for 2 printed copies (no soft copies), and $200 for all photos taken (20 or so soft copies + 2 printed). This is a ripoff.

Admittingly I don't like the SGP beaches compared to the other islands. However this one is quite nice. Best are the clubs and the sports & outdoor facilities like volleyball, swimming, pick nick. great for the family and couples - surprisingly!

We are regular visitors to Singapore (also having lived and worked there for several years) and are always looking for something new to do each time we visit, so this was a first time visit for us.
The excellent use of audio visual aids and some hands on activities, makes for a very interesting and engaging time at this museum.
For me the highlight was the simulation of being on an ancient trading vessel which is caught in a storm. I didn't realise it at first but the floor actually drops as we sink to the bottom of the ocean while our boat is destroyed. Unfortunately the simulation only goes for about 10 mins and then all the fun is over. I think there is potential to extend the program even further to make it even more enjoyable.
I thought the entry fees were very reasonable. $15 adults, $10 seniors, not sure for children. If you want to experience the simulation, it is an extra $3 (well worth it).
The museum is next door to the aquarium which is a must see.
