    Amazing sunset dinner
    We opt in for sunset cruise dinner with our fur baby and we had an amazing experience sailing around Singapore during sunset with nice dinner and very good service. One of those rare experiences in Singapore where you can bring your dog along.

    More efficient use of time needed
    Generally an enjoyable experience. The Orchid Garden was an absolute highlight. We could, however, have spent less time at the Merlion. This tour really needs another stop because there was a lot of hanging around. It didn’t start until more than half an hour after the published time because pick-ups from various hotels occupied that time. People who were picked up early had to wait for the others. At the end of the tour the return of customers to their hotels was much more efficiently handled. The tour leader was knowledgeable and friendly.

    Great Use of Time
    Our tour guide Bibi was excellent. On time pickup & drop off to Changi. Extremely knowledgeable about Singapore & it’s history, as well as being so personable. We got to hit all that we wanted to in the 6 hrs. we had available. No way that we could’ve done it on our on! Very well spent & efficient use of long layover time. Highly recommend!!!

    Enjoyable Kayak Tour, Highly Recommended!
    Took the family to the "River of Life" Punggol Waterway kayak tour on a really hot 1st day of May and it was great fun!

    A lot has already been said by other reviewers, look at all the 5-star reviews!

    - Good ratio of guides to guests. The group was big but there were many guides so nobody was left behind.

    - Very good condition gear. Kayaks, life vests, walkie-talkies were all in immaculate condition. The walkie talkie especially is a brilliant idea cos for all other kayak/cycling tours, only those near to the lead guide can hear what's happening.

    - Free high-quality photos. Most tours/theme parks will charge you good money for them, here they are already included.

    - Most importantly, the enthusiasm and cheerfulness of the crew made it really enjoyable.

    To be honest, I'm pleasantly surprised that we can have such a well-planned and conducted tour here in Singapore. Most of the time will encounter those bored part-timers lol but our crew were amazing!

    We will be looking to join their other tours, fishing looks fun. These young guys are great, hope they can keep this up!

    Wonderful 8 hour walking tour of Singapore
    We had a wonderful experience of the sights of Singapore on our 8 hour walking tour. The day was made extra special by our amazing guide Boo Gee Soo. He was such a special easy manner so was great company and his English was excellent. We learned not only about the sights we were visiting from him but also a detailed history of Singapore including its culture, politics and everyday life. The experience was so interesting that the 8 hour day flew by. We would recommend this tour to anyone and we would highly recommend Boo Gee Soo as a very knowledgeable and pleasant guide.     Good value but check times and locations
    I had a really good experience with this purchase! I used the all inclusive pass over three days for:

    Day 1) bird park, river wonders, night safari. Pass was accepted without major issues (needed to be redeemed at main zoo membership services which I didn't clearly understand from GoCity's instructions) and we only went home once exhausted. Be aware river wonders location on the go city app is shown as being by Jurong bird park which is incorrect (but bird park moving in Jan which will be easier). I emailed for next day/24 hour notice night safari booking and they emailed the ticket to me on time which I was happy with.

    Day 2) cable car ride, sky helix, scentopia tour in the morning. Gardens by the bay in the afternoon (flower dome, floral fantasy, cloud mountain all included). Again needed to show the pass at main ticketing desks to redeem tickets then queue again for entry- I can see why it needs to be done this way and you can work around it as long as you're aware of the process/budget time for it

    Day 3) SEA aquarium and universal studios. Again tickets redeemed without issue at counters.

    Overall really pleased. I bought the pass during Black Friday 10% off plus further 5% off for signing up for emails so was very good value for money. I saved on doing the things I definitely wanted to do like animal parks and gardens and universal studios. It felt good being able to try things like the cable car and sky ride because I fancied it and it was covered. I didn't come across any exclusion days other than public holidays or have difficulty booking or scheduling. In the end we were limited purely by our stamina and felt like we maxed out our enjoyment of the time we had here!

    Do not miss the chance to take this cruise!
    Honestly an amazing experience, it’s small and intimate with an amazing crew who really help in a sticky situation. They’re kind and considerate and give a great tour of Singapore by water! It would be a crime to miss this- cannot rate it highly enough. Thank you!

    Zoo is wonderful, skip the breakfast
    The zoo was well worth the time, the breakfast however was not worth the money and more importantly the time. If I were to do it again I'd rather spend more time going to each of the different areas given the short window to explore and still take the tour bus back to the hotel.

    ENORMOUS fish tanks
    For the most part the aquarium is like any other aquarium with tunnel tanks you can walk through and smaller tanks dotted along the walls. The standout features are 2 x 2 storey column tanks 4m or so in diameter and a main tank that's 27m high, 31m long and probably almost as deep with a swimover dome and inset room at one end. It is absolutely stunning - we probably spent half of our time just at that one tank. The terraced access to it provides plenty of viewing space even with about 5 classes of school children at the front.

    Wonderful Way to Spend a Layover!
    My husband and I only had 8 hours in Singapore during a layover and we wanted to maximize our time. I am so glad we hired Hello Singapore and feel so lucky to have had such a great day with Su Ling.

    We love to eat and drink our way around a city, we love to get a sense of culture through local food. Su Ling did an amazing job customizing our tour to our interests. She met us at the airport (and early! Our flight arrived early and she wanted to maximize our time. How sweet!) and we got straight to it.

    I absolutely loved trying all of the local food, beer and seeing some of the highlight stops. Next time we hope to be able to explore the city at night as you can tell the city really comes alive.

    Thank you so much especially to Su Ling. She was the best ever!!

    Singapore City Tour with Boo Gee Soo
    Me and my family recently visited Singapore. One of the tours we did was with Boo Gee Soo. He was a very friendly guy who kept us entertained the whole trip. There wasnt a moment we felt the presence of silence or awkwardness because of his open nature. He was keen to know more about us and besides tell more about himself aswell, which was one of the main reasons the tour felt amazing. Out of all the attractions we visited and the tours we did, we still find Gee Soo's tour the best because there were places you normally wouldnt visit. Visiting huge public attractions is nice but visiting local places has its own beauty and attraction. He was also open to join in for lunch with us, normally guides wont join you because of the difference in our eating habits and culture but he was completely fine with it. His energy to show us was like a child showing their first artwork to their mom, which showed us that how much he liked his job. He ended the day with the same smile he started his tour with.

    Our day long tour of Singapore
    We booked an 8 hour tour online with Viator just one day before. Our guide/driver St Toh picked us up on time from our hotel. He was very open to what we liked and didn’t wish to do. He suggested a string of ideas and we were happy to go along with them all. He explained a great deal about the Singapore way of life, health care, schools, government and various attractions.

    With only one day to explore Singapore on our way home from New Zealand to London we wanted to pack in as much as possible and we certainly did that.

    A tiring day but not one we would have changed for a second.

    Following a tour in LA this was our second tour with Viator and both were very positive experiences.

    St was stop on, a pleasant young man, a good driver who was totally customer focused.

    The only reason we give him five stars is because we couldn’t give him six stars.

    Incredible, must do experience!
    Absolutely loved this tour with Darius! I had some time to kill between switching hotels and booked this on a whim and I am so happy that I did! Not only did I get some stunning photos, but I was also treated to ab excellent lunch and got lots of tips and info on what to do and see for the remainder of the tour. Darius kind, warm and made the experience an absolute blast!
