- Michelle TSydney, Australia33 contributionsWe stood in the line, in the hot sun, for at least 30 minutes to purchase tickets for the Luge. It is $40 singapore dollars for 4 rides. You ride the luge down and get a chair lift back up - apparently. We didn't find out if it was good or bad because when we eventually got to the ticket counter we were told it would be a 1.5 hour wait AFTER buying our tickets as the attraction was at maximum capacity! It was searingly hot and sticky and the young lady was very matter of fact. There needs to be a sign board that shows how long the wait is for the ride BEFORE you stand in the long line, in the sun, sweating like a pig. I do not recommend you go to Sentosa Island during the day - only first thing in the morning. It is so hot and humid it is unbearable. However, there is a slight twist to the story.
We picked up a 2 dive package. The instructor tells us, that we will not be allowed to move beyond his height in any of the dives (while the website imagery indicates something entirely different).
If we need to be taken higher, we can opt for an addon dive at SGD 50.
The addon dive is priced the same whether one initially opts for the 1 dive or 2 dive package.
