Gee soo took great photos which we promptly received after the tour. This was the best way to see and find out about Singapore in the time available. - Rainy505Perth, Australia3 contributionsGreat place with so much to do.. we brought the GO city passes for our 5 night stay. It was good value as we did do a lot of the attractions. The only thing is with these passes you still have to line up at ticketing offices on the majority of the places which is annoying as there is a QR code on them and it sort of defeats the purpose as lines are very long. The MRT is a little confusing to be honest. However once you get the hang of it it’s not too bad. Food was a bit hit and miss to be honest. China town was the worst experience for us unfortunately as we were really looking forward to great food. We just chose the wrong place unfortunately. We loved our holiday and we got to see so many AMAZING things. It was extremely hot and humid. We travelled in April. It also is not cheap and can be quite pricey! Our trip for a family of 4 in 2023 cost us $9000 traveling from Australia. - ajgator13Carlsbad, CA400 contributionsMy husband and I only had 8 hours in Singapore during a layover and we wanted to maximize our time. I am so glad we hired Hello Singapore and feel so lucky to have had such a great day with Su Ling.
We love to eat and drink our way around a city, we love to get a sense of culture through local food. Su Ling did an amazing job customizing our tour to our interests. She met us at the airport (and early! Our flight arrived early and she wanted to maximize our time. How sweet!) and we got straight to it.
I absolutely loved trying all of the local food, beer and seeing some of the highlight stops. Next time we hope to be able to explore the city at night as you can tell the city really comes alive.

- Nomad338084613983 contributionsWe had a 16 hr layover in Singapore and spent 8 of those on a private tour of the city by car. Our host Richard was a legend. So passionate, experienced and knowledgeable, his care for our experience, including our overtired 11 and 12 year old sons, was exceptional and his enthusiasm for his city was infectious. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended. Will do it again next time we've got some spare time in Singapore.

1. The long que at transformers ride was around 90minutes and u don't realise it at all until mid way. There is no staff around to guide u for emergency. Its Absolutely unorganized
2. There is no or less seating across the area or even for attractions with long distance making it worst abd painful
3. Most of the staff are rude with you esp if you belong to different community or are a tourist and not a localite. They shout at u for no reason.
4. The parade is only done on Sundays and most characters are not available on weekdays. We met the puss cat who was equally rude with us in behavior. Why even act like a character if u cnt handle your role humbly?
5. After the entire days hectic walk when we left, the train que was again huge, trains run v v slow with bad cooling and suffocates you as it's so packed. Taxi stop is v far so making it difficult. As usual no place to sit so u have to kill yourself.
6. It was so tiring that my 5yrs old slept and we had to carry her in our arms waiting in this exit que to get the express train. The escalators to climb up to board the train were not functional so we had to take huge staircase with her and our bags with other child.
All in all, worst experience for huge amount with no facilities to make you comfortable as a guest.
