One could spend lot of time looking at the stuff they have in the shop. - A M2 contributionsYou enter Mohan's as a customer, but you leave feeling like family. I have ordered multiple suits and tuxedos from Max- whom I fondly call Max Uncle. His attention to detail and friendly nature are a must have experience. The bespoke nature of the suits speak for themselves and it was great to have my name personalized within the jackets! I was waiting for the Don Don Donki Takoyaki to be out so that I can purchase it to make Takoyaki pizza for my friend's housewarming. I waited patiently for around 30 minutes. Mdm Tan Keng Tee (Kitchen Staff - from Northpoint Branch) have noticed me been standing at the same area for very long. She is friendly, cheerful and came forward to approach me, asking me how can she help me. I shared with her that I am waiting patiently for the Takoyaki. Upon hearing it, she immediately went to help me get 2 boxes from the kitchen and passed it to me. Her kind gesture for the customer in her extra miles really warmth and touches my heart. She is a value asset to the company. Please help me express my sincere gratefulness to her. Because of her, I will patron more frequent to Don Don Donki (Northpoint Branch). Items start from $1, good selection of clothings (women, men and kids), knickknacks and well stocked kitchen and homewares. They carry branded items, vintage and cute stuff too. Always a treasure hunt.
I have sent my boys to the shop when they needed to pick jackets for their grad nights. 100% success rate! Ask the volunteers on duty and they will help you pick items that suit you too.
They have their IG and FB page that highlight latest interesting items but always best to visit in person. I have picked out cute stuff that are not showcased on their socials. My regular haunt for sure.

I went threre to look for books on Singapore history, biographies of Lee Kuan Yew and Singapore cookbooks. I found everyone, if not exactly the LKY biography I was looking for. There are many eateries here ranging from food court (on level 2), fast food (McDonalds, Jollibee, etc) and restaurants. There are also quite a number of outlet stores too, including Adidas, Nike, Puma, New Balance, etc. There is also a NTUC Finest in the basement. We cover the 2-3 lanes of shops reminiscent of Chatuchak in Bangkok sans the heat. The entire area is covered with a/c so it is less humid.
There's plenty of interesting shops from clothings, shoes to souvenirs, toys, tattoo and of course snacks to explore.
We stopped a few times to get snacks to share and also bought home some.
