  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.

During the 2 hrs session we learned the traditional way of doing batik painting with wax and dye paint.
We also got in sight in the Malay cultural batik clothing and different way of making batik clothes.
Kamal , the master teacher, made it easy to understand how to rhe whole process works
We were only two persons the afternoon course and each made a batik painting that was dried, ironed and framed( frame SGD 10)
    So interesting and inspiring
Hope to home back for another session
    Thank you Kamal!

This was my 3rd tour with Aperture Tours - there is a reason why I keep coming back!

With each and every tour I learn more and more about the settings on my camera, but also get to know the cities with a local. I was lucky to spend an afternoon with Jino in Singapore.

I was able to take some good photos of the sights and from locations that a normal tourist wouldn't know how to get to. 6 hours just flew by between running around to take 'the shot' and sharing nice chats/laughs in between.

Good communication and a very friendly approach to teaching new skills. The whole experience was fun and informative, and was an excellent area to photograph.

If you are interested in photography and want to learn how to try out night photography - I highly recommend this evening

The app showed a bunch of gyms and studios to choose from, I picked a place close to where I was staying and the team were really welcoming when i arrived despite being a newbite ..but the workout was intense. I would love to go back but am equally curious to explore the other options available!

Fun experience but would benefit with better explanations up front. We were pointed to a cupboard of paint colours and tools and basically told "off you go". I'd recommend watching the video and asking questions on the effects from each tool (or look at what is on the wall and ask how the effect was created).

Lovely swirling circles work if the paint has been mixed correctly but some were too thick leading to spots and not swirls. Worth testing on an area away from the painting.

Absolutely beautiful, large, free! Walking paths allow you to amble along and go to different areas. Its very relaxing. Nice and friendly staff member at entrance told us best routes to go. We paid a bit more to go to the National Orchid area and it was well worth it. There is a big lawn with a amphitheater and people were picnicing while listening to music. Just a great way to spend part of your day.

The collection of birds is beyond imagination. You think of a bird and it's here. The beauty is the birds are in large enclosure and you are also moving in the same cage feeling that the birds are with you as you are in the same enclosure. Must visit place, you will miss it if not opted for it.
