Fred was our tour guide and he was very helpful, and passionate, and made the whole tour a great experience. It was fun and informative learning about the history of Singapore. After the tour I asked Fred for recommendations of nice cafes to visit, and he named me the best ones he knows. Starting with iconic spots like Merlion Park and the National Orchid Garden gives you a mix of cultural, historical and natural beauty. The Thian Hock Keng Temple and Civic District provide insights into Singapore’s rich heritage and architectural elegance while passing through Chinatown adds a vibrant cultural touch.
Having hotel pickup and drop off included makes it convenient particularly for exploring multiple areas in one go After the tour you’ll have a better sense of where to return for a deeper dive into places that catch your interest. Using cheqin you can select lodgings near these attractions ensuring you're well positioned to explore more at your own speed. This strategy provides a comprehensive introduction to Singapore while giving plenty of time for self guided activities. - kjbdentistryChicago, IL4 contributionsWe had several hours to kill before we were able to check in to our hotel (definitely recommend staying at Pan Pacific) and wanted to hit the ground running in Singapore. Joseph was an excellent guide. He immediately started educating us about Singapore and the different areas we were visiting. The Hawker centers were quite crowded, but Joseph masterfully found spots for us, ordered and brought our food to us. Every single sample was good and we were full at the end of the tour. We truly felt like we had experienced a piece of each culture and would have felt too intimidated to navigate the centers on our own. Saw parts of Singapore we would’ve missed on our 3 day stay.
