- Chris R19 contributionsYou just don't realise how lucky we are living in Australia and being non smokers going to places that have smoker's it was hard to stay there to long ,but great staff cleanWritten 6 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Wei Bing LIpoh, Malaysia469 contributionsMy Uncle and I visited this casino for the first time in April 2024. We had already gone to the MBS casino on the previous night. We only have to get through 2 different security officers to enter the RWS casino, compared to 4 security check points to enter the MBS casino. The RWS casino also has a proper and genuine smoke-free area for its patrons, which is infinitely better than the MBS casino! We are non-smokers and almost died of smoke inhalation in the MBS casino the night before, therefore this was a welcome respite for us. My Uncle played the roulette tables, I played the slot machines. The is a better variety of slot machines here. Both of us walked away with small winnings after several hours spent here.Written 29 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eoin G1 contributionBrilliant experience. There 737 simulator is top class! Capt Hamdan was a fantastic instructor, sharing his experiences flying the 747. He tailored the experience exactly to my flying experience. I'll certainly be back again next time I'm in Singapore.Written 4 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - michellebrown2000London, UK86 contributionsWe were in Singapore and when I realised they had a racecourse we decided to go its easy to get to on the MRT and was a fun day out. If you do go by taxi be sure to book your return as its really hard to get a cab to go back into the city. The races start at midday and on the day we went there were 11 races. We were going to get the dine in lounge option but as I didn't book in advance it was not available on the day so we paid for Gold Lounge access for $30 in the lounge you get a table, waitress service for food and drink and a good view of the finish line but it was completely soulless so we found we were downstairs more than up in the lounge. There are food options down on the ground level the usual noodles and rice dishes along with cold drinks, alcohol is beer only downstairs, wine (quite bad and expensive $27 per glass) in the lounge. Betting was easy with lots of booths to place bets. Moving round to the viewing ring and getting to watch the races next to the track was easy. There is no dress code as such especially in the ground level areas however we did see some ladies with dresses and hats but I think they were with owners so in a separate area. The racecourse is closing in October this year which is a shame the course is a bit tired but still a lot of locals will find the closure a big hole in their weekend, I know gambling is frowned upon in Singapore but to close the course will be sad. We had a great day out and I'm glad we went before it closes.Written 6 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SB01Sonning Common, UK945 contributionsBeautiful colonial building that forms part of a complex of historic buildings around the Padang. These majestic white buildings form the foreground to the skyscrapers in the background. Pity the Marina Bay is such an eyesore.
To dine in the SCC is to relive times past, with fabulous food and perfect service and a menu that perfectly be lends old and new. An absolute gem.Written 1 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. One area is a water play section which is segregated for young young children (spouting fish) and the other area has an array of sprinklers and flower buckets which tip. The water park is only for accompanied children up to the age of 12 and staff are on hand to ensure this is adhered to.
There is changing areas, loos and lockers to use whilst enjoying the facilities, making it then easy to enjoy the rest of the park.
At the back of the water park, is a more traditional play park, in the shade, which has monkey bars, balance beams, wobbly bridges and spiders nets leading to swings, slides and a larger climbing frame.
A small cafe, supporting this organization is located close by serving an array of drinks and snacks.
Our children love this area and demand a visit each and every time we visit Singapore.Written 30 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Just look at how happy he is, really a great place to visit as it is child friendly and best part of all, we managed to have a picture with Pororo himself!Written 13 March 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Methox K13 contributionsFamily with 2 kids 14 and 8.
The kids and adults enjoyed all the inactive exhibits, games. We especially liked the Harmony Garden where our movements controlled the music.

Our game masters were friendly and helpful. Both rooms were really engaging too! Busan Express (Season 3) is not a horror room but has elements that make it thrilling. Vincenzo is more of a murder mystery than a typical escape room - we really like how well-thought-out the storyline is! Overall, an enjoyable experience!Written 6 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Roy LSingapore, Singapore12 contributionsGreat swimming pool but not recommended for beginners .
The competitive pool is closed (presumably) for morning and afternoon training sessions of the national swim team
The training pool is graded into slow, medium slow, medium fast and fast lanes. There is no ledge to stop on one end of the pool so you should be fairly comfortable with swimming 100m or clinging to the wall with your fingers.
Very importantly the both pools are often closed for various national events which is almost bimonthly. Do check the pool schedule on website before going.Written 12 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Going in was a breeze and staff were very professional in handling safety measures such as taking temperatures and sanitizing the kids hands. We had so much fun around the large space, especially love the miniature road with rides! The slides and ball pit area were awesome as well. We love the fact that everything is so clean and well maintained. Thank you!Written 16 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MikeJennyQOnalaska, WI963 contributionsNice to see the historical area in comparison to the ultramodern skyline. You can feel the old colonial styles and Western interpretation of refined. - Mohina SPune, India2 contributionsMy first time ever VR experience, coming from someone who has never even played on consoles and it took my breath away. Had an eight year old with us and he enjoyed it immensely. Darsh was patient, friendly and efficient. The place is a bit hidden but easy enough to find. Highly recommended.Written 6 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
