I booked a bus ride from Kuala Lampur to Singapore on 27/1/19 the bus to leave at 8:15 am from the TBS. When I arrived at the Station I was informed that that bus was cancelled, but that there was another QisTna bus leaving at 10:15 am. This was not an option as I was scheduled to be in Singapore before this bus would arrive. So I took a 7:30am bus operated by another company. When I arrived at the Beach Street Golden Mile stop at 2:00 pm I went to your agent that sold me may ticket and requested a refund for $50 that I had paid for my wife and my tickets. I was told they did not give refunds at that location and should call 012-715144. I asked your representative borrow a phone to make the or would she please call. I was told no and that I should call when I got to my hotel. I had the hotel clerk help me with the as I had trouble communicating with the person that answered the phone. Pryia, stated that I had to apply for a refund at your Beach Street offices. I told her I was there and your representative told me I could not apply for a refund at that location. She said I should come back and ask for her. As that would entail taking a taxi ride back to the Golden Mile than back to my hotel, with little hope of getting a refund and costing almost as much. Although I have little hope of getting a refund, I only hope is that my negative review may save others.
