- kenNewcastle upon Tyne, UK2 contributionsTook Luxury Coach Services from KL back to SG on a Sunday Afternoon. The instructions were clear on the bus ticket including pickup point (Infront of Berjaya Time Square (Bus bay area) below Imbi Monorail Station.). That is a big plus.
Due to the traffic, it was about 45 mins late. However, there was communication from the bus through whatsapp on its location updated in time (a big plus). So I knew it was late and not arrived early and left. One downside is that when closer to the pickup point, this location update was turned off so I didn't know if the bus passed me (first time taking coach back from KL to SG) and I missed it.
When the bus arrived at the designated point, there was the friendly driver and an additional colleague that communicated with us. This allowed for the driver to focus while the colleague directed things to run smoothly (a big plus). It was a smooth ride with clear instructions what to expect at the checkpoints. A bottle of water was provided. There were 2 toilet/rest stops. The whole journey to harbourfront station took ~ 7 hours due to the traffic at the highway to JB. Including the time when it arrived late in the afternoon, we arrived at our destination 2+ hours late. I kind of expected it for a Sunday night back from JB though.
The seats had enough room for my legs but a little squeezy if I have hand carried luggage that can only be put on the floor. If the front seat leans back on the chair, if is also a little squeezy. There isn't any overhead storage for luggage. No toilets on board.

Aeroline have kids charges which below 5yr is free if ur not taking seat for em.
Service wise nothin special.
Meal served wasn’t that good.
In bus entertainment not so bad but need to update the movies. Kids game available to entertain kids.
Otherwise it’s very comfy and fast.
Better than driving a car..

- Cecilia L2 contributionsI have noticed that some drivers like to brake very hard. This cause one's to feel nauseated and dizzy. Every brake is hard and it's very unpleasant if it's long journey. Terrible driving!!!!!!!

7-00am. As we were flying back to Perth later the same day we had the dilemma of having our cases and what to do for the day. There was a group of 8 of us.
I organised for Singapore Maxi cabs to pick us up from the Ship and we had Fendi as our driver. This was an excellent decision and he was prompt and efficient in meeting us, having a nice clean vehicle and taking us around the sites of Singapore for the day. It was significantly cheaper than organising any other tour and being in our own group we could be as a flexible as we chose. For $65 ph it was very reasonably priced and Fendi our driver did a great job of showing us the sights of Singapore and dropping us to the airport.

Their prices were one of the more reasonable ones and we saw many great reviews from their facebook page as well. We did not expect much because our itinerary was already roughly planned out.
Mr Foo was our allocated driver and he received us at Changi Airport upon our arrival. Mr Foo gave us extremely helpful advise as to when to visit a certain location to avoid the crowd or avoid closing time, which we really appreciate it!

This is because they have a limited of buses and most important is all their buses are registered and made in Singapore so roughly we can estimate the nos of buses they can own. That's the only complain.
Good thing i like is the flexible of ticket sales. You may buy bus tickets at Larkin bus terminal when boarding the bus, Malaysia and Singapore custom bus pick up point. Just ask the bus inspector for a ticket sales. This company is only interested in collecting your money, not providing a clean, comfortable experience. I've used it since 2009 and every time the service has declined. Solitaire suites had no wifi, broken and dirty seats, air conditioning was inadequate so it felt really stuffy for us at the bottom deck. They brought us to smelly gas stations for a quick pee instead of proper rest stops.
