There were only 2 people on duty when I went there, and they were so apologetic that I had to wait. It didn't faze me in the slightest, and was definitely worth waiting around for. I was helped by a lady. I'd already had a list of things I thought would be worth checking out, which helped. She went through it with me. We deleted some, and added some. She then helped me to plan a couple of days or so, including which MRT lines to use to do it. Fantastic!!

Small Lounge and you get only 2 voucher for wine or beer.
This is served in Plastik „Glases“

Don’t know why it is No.1 in Tripadvisor

Not to compare with SILVER KRIS LOUNGE with Champagne, good wines and food stations.

I am tempted to be a modern bookworm in this library at orchard. It is so modern and its wide spacious place is welcoming to anyone who is keen on browsing or reading mags or books. I love to sit on their cushy chairs and sofas to read exciting titles while I look around for any familiar celeb faces. Celeb spotting is a fav here.

We arrived from Perth this morning and are in transit at the Ambassador transit hotel. In Terminal 2. Two complimentary meals are provided with the stay at the Transit Lounge next door. Just had a hearty, wholesome and very tasty breakfast. Good choice of dishes, clean layout and great ambience. What was most impressive - the obliging and friendly staff. It was a pleasure to meet Veloo and Daniel who were extremely polite and had great personalities. Their smiles and welcoming demeanours made me forget how tired and cranky I was lol. Thank you Veloo and Daniel.

We had attended 3 Dota 2 TI tournaments over the years, and from what we remember, Suntec Convention Center is the smallest venue for the playoffs. It was held in one of the convention halls and I doubt there were more than 2500 people. And even though most of the time, it wasn't full, it felt small and a bit claustrophobic. Maybe it was

It was extremely quiet in the convention hall.and very empty other than the the floor people attending Dota were, especially between games.

There is a big mall adjoining the Sunctec City. Lots of vegetarian options for meals and plenty of shopping. This location is much closer to downtown Singapore than the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Jen Ho is an asset to this lounge. Her services are superb. Will definitely return. Food isn’t the best but the unlimited drinks certainly makes up for it. Fast Wi-Fi but there are annoying children who are unattended most of the time

Great place to unwind before getting on an aircraft heading away or heading home. The staff is welcoming and the food is always great quality.

Was my first visit to the new SilverKris Lounge in Singapore, since my last visit around 7 years ago.

The space is definitely a pleasant one, with a plethora of seating and dining spaces from your more traditional cafe style dining seats and tables, to comfortable lounging and seating opportunities.

There are plenty of more intimate and private spaces to enjoy as well.

My visit was during Breakfast and in truth the food offerings felt a little bit underwhelming from unappetising looking scrambled eggs and more.

I feel even having some basic ala carte options should be on offer for an airline of the standard of Singapore.

I will see the barista coffee was quite good and very welcome- so definitely a big plus here.

This lounge is quite comfortable, with lots of seating places. Decent choice of alcoholic and non-alcholic drinks. However, food variety was a bit limited. Service was excellent, with the staff clearing the empty plates as soon as they saw them (maybe extra careful due to Covid-19).

Old lounge, old carpet, old chair, old bathroom. Only 2 shower rooms and 2 Unisex restroom. But very good food they served. Small lounge. Love the laksa and Asian dishes including vegetarian. Enjoy it. Went to another lounge for shower, cleaner and more shower rooms. Great food!

Nice lounge, but not all seats are too comfortable.

    Pros:
They have power outlets on all seats for pretty much any type of plug
    Drinks and food
    Clean bathrooms and showers
    Price - very affordable

    Cons:
It gets very crowded after 9pm
The layout is not too convenient
    There's not much food variety

Pretty ordinary, a little grubby around the edges, the bathroom facilities are cramped, dark and old. Seating is packed in for maximum bodies so feels crowded and cluttered even when there are really few people there. wouldn’t say they are much better than finding a quiet corner out in the airport. The food is really ordinary, with limited choices. Can’t see flight details in the lounge which is a real pain. Singapore airport has always been my favourite airport offering the best of everything, but it just feels tired and worn now, and like the staff really doesn’t care… poorly maintained. You’re probably better off looking at a transit hotel room, think I will do that next time… lounges aren’t worth the cost

The Library@Harbourfront sets the bar for what will be the library of the future looks like. It has defined and shown what a modern library is without losing the classic touch of traditional libraries. Located at 3F of Vivo city mall, formerly known as Bukit Merah Public Library it is the largest public shopping mall library in Singapore, Originally founded in 1982, it was renovated and reopened with its new modern design in 2018. As a public library access is free for visitors.

It is divided into 3 zones: Kids, Teens and Adults. Books borrowing and returning area are located right as you enter and are self-serviced via their electronic kioks. From your left side is the kids zone which is super cool and informative. I've never been to this area but I could see that there are tons of activities, learning & play areas and most of all books which are both physical copy as well as e-books. It is really a kids friendly zone adjusting and catering to their needs so they will not feel constrained just by reading but it is a learning place where they can both read, study and have fun.

To my right are the Teens and Adult zone and this is the biggest area. With a collection of more than 200,000 materials both physical and digital books, magazines, and newspapers. This is where I study, write and read. My go to and favorite topics are Travel, Food, Fashion and Lifestyle. Right away the Magazines as well as Travel & Recreation materials are located first which is what I like very much. The interior design and layout is brightly lit, cozy, spacious and modern yet it maintains the standard library set-up in organizing their books and other materials. I loved that they painted the shelves and cabinets white which adds more brightness to the room. Materials are divided into different classifications and are catalogued accordingly which made it easier for to find. There is also a kiosk machine to find the materials you need. The spacing between shelves is perfect which gives you enough room and comfortable space to look around. Within the shelves you would see blue sofas where you could sit and can read/study/relax. There are charging stations for your phone, laptops and other electronic devices which for me shows more technological services provided by the library. There are study, observation and viewing rooms on the left side which I haven't tried yet but I could see huge display screens showcasing different movies and documentaries which are very interesting and will surely try next time. On the right side around the area there are study tables facing the window and as you move ahead you would see E-newspaper desks at the end of the shelves.

At the end of the the zone is where the grandest part of all where I normally stay: the classroom type seating area designed in U-shape presentation theater like hall similar to amphitheater. It has a huge panoramic window at the end which has the most amazing and impeccable view of Sentosa uninterrupted. I could see USS & Shrek's castle from here, the Sentosa Tram, Sentosa Boardwalk and the Sea. This is what makes this library stand out - a very creative and innovative design not found in other libraries. Not only I learned from going here but I also enjoyed and got relaxed with this wonderful view. This area is divided into 2 halls: the left one is bigger which has the best view and in addition it also serves coffee table books and DVDs. The right one near the e-newspaper area is the smaller one but still has the stunning view of Sentosa. I normally go to the left one which has different types of desks and chairs which I really loved as well as their coffee table books. At the bottom part of the halls are Yellow wooden type leaning chairs which perfectly match the amazing view.

Following the standard library procedures - silence and cleanliness is a must. This is a place to study, learn and relax. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness whenever your using their materials and services. During weekends and peak hours the library might be full so observe proper timing while using the library. They are closed during public holidays and during this pandemic, QR Code is a must for contact tracing and they usually inform designated usage time when entering the library. Finally, I wanted to salute the library staff who are very friendly and helpful, some of which are volunteers who maintain and manage the overall day to day activities & services of the library for smooth and efficient delivery of their materials and services to the public. Most notably the cleanliness and orderliness of the library itself - I could see their staff cleaning the library desk and chairs every so often - I really admire this, truly an impeccable service they provide. In addition, their toilet is also quite huge and very clean. Concluding my Excellent review, if you happen to drop by Vivo do visit the Library@Harbourfront and you will be surprised that it's not just your ordinary library - it is about what learning and relaxing means at the same time. Kudos to you all Library@Harbourfront!!!
