However, it was informative and an interesting park to walk around. Although it was open to walk around on a Monday, parts of it were closed. Entrance was free and there is an MRT station just a couple of minutes from the main gate. Very good equipment, clean and modern facility. It was really easy to organize everything. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Wonderful experience. Had an eight year old with us and he enjoyed it immensely. Darsh was patient, friendly and efficient. The place is a bit hidden but easy enough to find. What can I say from the amazing service by Aquil and Ain at the ticket counter to the wonderful attention to detail from Burn and Bill on the swing, nothing but top notch from start to end. There was 4 of us ranging in ages from 14 to 47yo.. and everyone had a blast. If you love fast cars, this is for you. After a short while of getting used to the height and the sensation of treading on air far above ground, there was no looking back! Four levels had different challenges and experiences, visually very engaging too. Great use of our SRV.
Staff were very friendly, polite and responsible. They went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time. We were trying to traverse the zoo with its hilly terrain while the children were complaining.
