Amazingly beautifull gardens, free entry. The artificial trees in harmonie with natures most beautiful plants. So like Singapore to have these " activ garden spots" to work out or play music. Underneeth the most Iconic building of the moment enjoying nature is a brilliant concept. Loved it

It is simply spectacular and a must for anyone visiting Singapore. The orchid garden is outstanding, and the lush rainforest areas are also quite beautiful.

A must do when you are in Singapore. We got our tickets on the day (a Saturday) at the ticket office near Downtown station and chose to get the shuttle over for $3 to give my daughters legs a rest.

There was no queuing to get in and it wasn't too busy inside (we were there between 1pm & 2pm). The variety of plants are amazing and lots of thought has been put into the design so you get an amazing view around every corner. Make sure you are there when the mist comes out (every 2 hours from 10am).

There are toilets & a few restaurants nearby. Check the website before visiting for closures.

I can see why this zoo gets rated as the best zoo in the world year after year. The enclosures are beautiful and the whole place feels almost like a national park. Many amazing animals call this place home, alot of which I was very excited to see for the first time as in Australia where I'm from, we don't have any of these animals. As a snake lover, I was most excited to see the West African Gaboon Vipes!!! These snakes have the longest fangs of any venomous snakes in the world and are infamous among snake lovers. I was also excited to see the pit vipers and the poison dart frogs.

Never disappoints. Situated within the Botanical Gardens, the Orchid Garden exhibit provides a large variety if not the largest of orchids. The garden also features carnivorous plants as well.

Right this is about the light/ water show. In July they have fireworks on a Saturday at about 8.15pm then the light show straight after. It was rammed ! 10 deep in places and not nice at all. So we stayed and waited 45 mins for the 9.30 show without the fireworks and they were much calmer and less crowded. If you want to see the fireworks I would get there at at least 7.45 for a good spot. If your child ( like mine) does not like loud fireworks then I would opt for the 9.30 or a different evening.
    Finding it was a mission!
Take the MRT to bayfront then take exit D go up two sets of escalators and head right to the end. Towards the event plaza.

Visited here in September which was not peak season which made the experience even more exciting, as the lines and waiting times were not that long.

I am a big fan of Ferris Wheels and Singapore must be one of the best in the world, towering high and offering outstanding views of the city, Bay, Formula 1 race track, Gardens by the Bay and much more.

We had our own pod to ourselves which made the journey truly fun: lots of unhindered photo ops of ourselves and the landscapes.

This was the second time I have been on the Singapore Flyer and will likely not be my last.

A cool and happening shopping and hotel strip for people with a spacious budget. It also rooms some cool bars and redtaurants, however, as to be expected, they are pricey.

Situated at Gardens By The Bay, Supertree Grove is a feast for the eyes. You will be awestruck in the day by these towering structures and vertical gardens. At night they come alive with music and a 20min light show. Truly breathtaking. It’s free, take a picnic blanket, grab some food and be prepared to be dazzled.

You can easily spend a whole day there. I spent about six hours there There were many activities here such as biking and watching a movie. I visited the famous fountains, took some photos, ate at a nice restaurant, and had the best Singapore Sling. It is pricey.
The only part that was not so good was being harassed by foreign tourists (locals warned me about this) especially when I was taking photos. I had a colorful conversation where I was falsely accused of taking photos of them.
Nevertheless, it was a good experience.
If you are staying in Singapore or if you have a long layover, I recommend walking around the airport. The airport also has a package for long layover passengers to visit the city.

Unique and great experience! We enjoyed this and took the time until the last bus. We especially liked the train and kept that till the end. Bring your night eyes ;-) because it’s going to be dark.
