Tour guide, Julio, was on time, super friendly and kind. Took us everywhere. We went to Granada city and walked around, lake boat ride, volcano and the local market too. We even had a cup of coffee at Casa del Cafe. Listened to some local beautiful Nicaraguan music in the car…all this from 1:30-7:30pm! At the canyon the English speaking guide was very attententive and helpful. They took lots of photos and videas which the gave me after the trip. - Danielle G14 contributionsI had so much fun. It was me and bae and it was great bc it’s a private tour so we could get to know each better with less distractions. Our tour guides were sweet and patient. I love taking pictures so they waited whenever I wanted to stop for photo ops. The chocolate factory was delicious. The lake was beautiful. The town was colorful and the volcano was crazy. Although I thought we would get a closer view like how I’ve heard it described in Hawaii. But I still could see the lava with their provided binoculars and they provided a selfie stick!! - ChaseSalt Lake City, UT2 contributionsMe and one other traveler booked a last second tour with ShowMeNicaragua for the last day of our trip in Nicaragua. We were picked up and dropped off in San Juan Del Sur and were able to see Granada, Masaya Volcano, Laguna Apoyo, Masaya Handcraft market, and more all in ONE DAY. We are grateful to have had Julio and Caleb as our tour guides. They were fluent in English (which was needed because we speak very little Spanish), knowledgeable, easy going, and overall great guys. This was more than a tour and more like a flexible experience in which we could spend more time in the areas that we were most interested in. This day long experience was the perfect ending to our trip in Nicaragua. We will certainly reach out for tours and airport transportation when we are in Nicaragua next. When I asked the guid he said I decided not to go !!! Which made me really mad and frustrated!!!
