Great ATV tour - ATVs and equipment were nice and well maintained, staff was professional, and the lunch was great too. Tip - bring some cash in case you stop for empanadas, which were the best I've had in my life. Overall great experience.

This is a great excursion for the coffee lover! You get to see how the coffee is grown, harvested, and roasted before you get to do some delicious tasting! The hosts are so passionate and knowledgeable. The whole tour makes you appreciate all the variables that make a quality cup of coffee.

today we did the atv tour and it was amazing we had a very friendly host and the instructions were very clear.

the tour is not that hard so experience isn't really needed.
    I would definitely recommend this

We had a spectacular time on our tour to ATVs and then to the coffee farm. Andres was an amazing guide and extremely knowledgeable regarding all things coffee. From pick up to drop off, everything and everyone was amazing...the sites, the food, the coffee, and the people. We (hubby and two teens) highly recommend this tour for families, couples, and groups of friends alike. Muchísimas gracias Andres Erica, y los de la Finca Marquesina (Antonio, Mari, y Dulce....y las perras, Sombra y Sasha y el gato, Jodin)..muy amambles todos! Un abrazo fuerte!

This tour was a nice experience. We drove to the park Salto del Buey, where we did 2 zip-lines and hiked to a waterfall which had amazing views. There’s quite a hike to activities and back, so ensure to have comfortable shoes. Davis, our tour guide was excellent, and the experts at the park were also very kind. Definitely worth the money!

We had a fantastic time on this chocolate tour— what a thorough and firsthand introduction to the art and farming process of chocolate-making and growing. Yuly was a phenomenal guide and made this such a familial, lively and informative day. We didn’t expect to get to pick the fruits ourselves and then participate in each step of the refinement and chocolate-making process, getting to take home our own samples of the chocolates we’d made. The surroundings of the farm are absolutely gorgeous and gave us a true appreciation of the artisanship and preciousness of chocolate. Highly recommend!

This amazing experience includes the normal Guatapé tour (climbing Piedra del Peñol, guided tour of Guatapé, boat tour etc.), but it’s what happens outside of this that really blows your mind. After I had done half of the “standard” tour, the owner of the tour company, JJ, picked me up in Guatapé and we went with a fast taxi boat through the amazing water landscape to a hidden waterfall. This way you get to see places of the lake that you wouldn’t see in a normal tour (including the truly beautiful parts with only nature). Upon arrival to the beautiful site of the glamping, I was greeted with a fresh mango juice and had time to settle in in my tent (which really is like a hotel room with bed, heater, electricity for charging your phone, and even wifi(!)), before we went for a nice hike up to a hill where we had a 360 view of the stunning landscape (including over the other three rocks, or Piedras, that are found in the region). During the hike we met locals and neighbors, stopped in the local tienda to buy a beer, and I had the chance to learn more about the area and the story behind the glamping site. In the evening I was offered to choose between various options for dinner, all cooked on demand by the chef - and they set the table nicely with candles and with view over the campfire. The owners joined me and we had a good time sharing stories. The evening I spent in my tent looking out over the beautiful lake before going to sleep. The morning I spent “floating” the tent into the bay, had a delicious breakfast with eggs followed by French toast, bananas and maple syrup (delicious - and also made on demand). Then I went kayaking together with one of the owners (as I was traveling by myself) and we had a fun kayaking experience out on the lake - and I learned more about the local stories. After that it was time to jump on the fast taxi boat again to continue the “standard” Guatape tour. In sum - if just doing the standard tour of Guatape you miss out on what really makes this visit a memory for life, namely the glamping! I’m so happy I made the choice to do this tour, as I’ll now have a very special memory to bring with me home. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends here in Medellín and I can for sure recommend it to you as well. A BIG THANKS to JJ, Andrea and the staff for this experience and for your hospitality!! I hope I can come back with my girlfriend one day!! :)

My partner and I took two tours with LandVenture Travel and both were great. The Coffee Tour to Jardin with Andres was excellent. The visit to Jaime's coffee farm was superb - the lunch, the coffee picking. The whole area around there is so beautiful. I wish we could live there!
Two days later we took the Guatape Tour with Juan who is equally as amazing. We elected to see Guatape on the day of our departure from MDE airport and were to the airport with plenty of time for our departure. It helped us to make the most of our visit to Medellin so inquire with them about that! Thank you so much, guys, we had a great time. We enjoyed meeting both of you and we hope we get to meet again someday!

The driver we had was so cool, I’d call him mi primo! The people at the ATV place had much more to do but what we did was really fun. They were accommodating and had a lot of materials for us when we went to make sure we were safe and fresh.

Andres knowledge of Guatape was impressive, from the history of the town to the the architectural details that decorated the beautiful homes was impecable. There are no words to speak of his kindness and willingness to make everybody enjoy and appreciate the trip.

Great tour, very interesting, and learned a lot. I bought Roberto’s book “King of Kings”, which is a fascinating read. However in the English version there are a plethora of typos throughout. I’ve been marking up the pages where the typos exist, and, if you’d allow me, would love to edit the book for Roberto / the family.

Again, great tour and would highly recommend.

We chose this tour having spent previous days walking, hiking and cycling and was feeling in need of a day of rest. From the time of the booking Eco tours was prompt in their response to any questions I had. We were picked up at our hotel and were given an option of 2 different times. Prakesh was our driver and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very engaging with my husband. There was construction/roadworks on the way down, which made it closer to a 3 hour drive; but Prakesh was so full of information that the time went by quickly.
The Resort was very relaxing and the lunch provided was good.
My only negative (and this is not a reflection on Eco-tours) is that when I visit a Vineyard there is usually an opportunity to taste different wines. Here they offer you a glass of wine from a choice of two; a Rose or a sweeter Red. They are a smaller Vineyard and so I understand they don’t have the volume; but if you were able to sample both varietals then there is more chance that you may buy a bottle or two.
It was a wonderful day spent up on the mountains and would recommend Eco-tours.

It was an amazing Colombian experience. Beautiful atv ride, excellent!
Super friendly and the information at the coffee was excellent . A tour to a great humble coffee farm, with a delicious topical fiambre lunch.

    I Fully recommend it!
