    Excellent communication and service
    This travel Agent was the best by far. You get the best reliable boat service Eka Jaya , free shuttles in every point and perfect communication with agent. My agent was Putu Pande and he was just amazing from start to finish. Answering all my questions whatever the time maybe.
    Don’t ever try street stalls and they give cheap services and you get a small boat on rough waters and it’s not safe at all. No shuttle services and no communication once you pay. All my communication was on whatsapp. I paid the driver who came to pick me from my hotel in ubud. I had a triangle trip - ubud- Gili T- Nusa Penida. 950k per person fully worth it.

    A great day in Ubud
    Sobra was a wonderful companion for the day. He had a good program for us and was also flexible with stopping at additional shops. He communicated well and we felt safe with him. Our tour was full but also relaxed. We had a great day!

    Amazing time with Amor
    Amor was our driver and unexpectedly became our guide, and was absolutely incredible throughout our trip. Informative, kind and extremely well priced! Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him, his wife also helped drive our group one day and was incredible as well!
    Overall he went out of his way to help us out, even leaving the Ubud area to help drive us in Canggu after we’d left. Amazing experience, 10/10 I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

    Great tour of Bali
    This was my second time using Bobbee and this time it was for my honeymoon! Bobbee is a very safe pair of hands, he is trustworthy and dependable. He speaks English very clearly, is very informative and knows the places to go! I would definitely recommend using him for anyone needing a tour guide in Bali!

    Scam
    We were advised when buying the return tickets to Gilis that we had a free stuttle to wherever we wanted when we came back to Padangbai. When we arrived we decided to ask someone in uniform for the company for advice on where to go. He allowed another guy who we presumed was also working the company to guide us to the shuttle bus. Whilst on the way he told us that we would have to wait and hour before leaving as we had to wait for more passengers and once we had left it would take 3 1/2 to get to Nusa Dua because of the drop offs on the way. He also said that 'we' as in the company offer private shuttle which would only cost 400k more... usually 800K to there but because we had the ticket this was a discounted price. I suspected it was a scam and said we would think as I needed the toilet. He would not leave us alone and kept asking if we had decided. This annoyed me so much and I decided we would go with the bus even if it took over 3 hours. Once he took us to the bus we had 4/5 other people pestering us asking if we are sure we want to wait 3 hours and assuring that they could get us there in 1:30.. We got on the shuttle bus and it left straight away and took just over and 1:30 to get there. It seemed as if the people working for the company were purposely trying to scam us by making us pay for the same transfer which would have taken the same amount of time but going with their friends instead. When we were in the shuttle the driver charged 2 passengers an extra 100k to drop them at their hotel which was 2 minutes away for the road we were originally on as it was so far out of the way. Once I realized this we put in our google maps how long it would take to get to Nusa Dua and to our accomodation to check the distance if he tried to charge us. It was actually quicker to get to our accomodation but the driver insisted that we had to pay 100k extra anyway. When we challenged him he said the roads weren't good for the car which was a blatant lie. At this point I had had enough of people trying to scam us. I asked to be taken to Nusa Dua and we would make our own way to the accomodation. The driver was annoyed at this so left us at a petrol station in the middle of a main road. Absolutely appalling behavior as I am sure the extra money for going less of a distance and the extra cash from the other couple would have gone directly in his pocket without the company's knowledge

    Friendly and fun service
    Gusti was like an old friend. He was amazing as our tour guide and so patient and friendly! Highly recommend his service and will be having him again when we are in Ubud! Miss you already Gusti! From Dana and Chris

    Really recommend this company 👌 👏 👍
    WAYAN arrived at our hotel 15 minutes early and patiently waited outside our hotel. He was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the day. All the places he took us were amazing and he told us a lot about their history. Our first stop was Tanah Lot, which was amazing and he bought us “fruit of the snake” (salak) to try which was really good. Our second stop was the equally beautiful Jatiluwah Rice Fields. He recommended that we try the brown rice tea which was also very good. The food in the restaurant was very good (and included in the package). Our next stop was the Handara Gate, and as you can see from the photos attached to my review, Enawan is a great photographer! I liked all the gates on the tour. Our next stop was the beautiful Twin Lakes and we saw cute little monkeys along the way on the way up. After that, we went to the beautiful Banyumala Waterfall and it was really fun to swim. Our final official stop is the equally beautiful Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. We also stopped at a coffee plantation on the way back which was a really nice addition. We were given a free tea room and flight tour to try out. Every part of our day was perfect, and somehow every stop managed to exceed my biggest expectations, especially for our tour guide WAYAN.     • the seats tend to smell from all the previous guests sweat smell
    • You will sweat so please bring a towel to sit on. (bare thighs on seat — had tiny sweat hives afterwards from the seat).

    Excellent and most reliable service!!! Nanok drove us for 4 days and showed us many places of interest in Bali.

    Top driver!
    Gede is a more than a top driver. He is a brilliant companion and guide on this beautiful island called Bali. I like his honesty, originality and relaxed balinese nature. I even keep in touch with him after holiday. We highly recommend Gede to anybody going to Ubud/Bali!

    Best and most reliable Bali guide and driver
    We could not have asked for a better guide and driver than Kadek and his team during our 12 days in Bali. I originally reached out requesting just a few days of driving, but after reviewing my itinerary Kadek came back with several suggestions to make the visit even more enjoyable. He recommended several additional places to see, and told me which ones I could skip to avoid long lines.

    In total, he helped plan several tours. He helped plan one day touring east Bali and one day around Ubud before he arranged all logistics and guides for a Mt Batur hike. After Ubud, he recommended stops on the way to Sanur, and even worked with a team to provide transit and logistics to and around Nusa Penida before wrapping up the trip with a day in Uluwatu.

    The most valuable part of the trip was knowing all of the entrance tickets and logistics were arranged in advance by Kadek, rather than needing to spend part of my vacation planning day by day.

    I would highly recommend Kadek for anyone visiting Bali, as he is very responsive (he always responds within minutes), knowledgeable, reliable and friendly.

    He will be the first person I reach out to when I return to Bali.
