Amazing Tour with Ami of BeinHarim tours. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Tel Aviv until we were dropped off that evening, This was more than we could’ve asked for. Ami is a personable and great tour guide. His English is superb, and his knowledge of the history and archaeology makes the tour even more interesting plus he speaks from his heart relating the Christian experience. we were quite moved as he described those ancient events & stories while overlooking the banks of the Sea of Galilee. My wife and I will always remember this tour and how diligently Ami provided such a great experience!

After a group of 8 persons initially boarded the wrong bus (a mix up with a different tour company) Bein Harim went out of their way to help us. They arranged for our group to be picked up and got us onto the correct bus. We had tour guide Dan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour itself is great, the Sea of Galilee, Nazareth and Capernaum are both interesting and beautiful. Definitely worth your money.

Loved our rafting trio with The Hoka Shop Ltd! They were fantastic. We had a group of 15 of us and they took great care to explain and get us outfitted for our trip down the river. Had such a great time Lindsey (one of the rafting leaders.

Our guide Ofir was amazing! He was very knowledgeable. Ofir made the excursion one of the best. The port pick up was super easy.
The only downside was the lunch stop. We were not informed that you must pay in cash. Every meal option was $25. This left us borrowing money from friends. Skip the lunch and go into the next door mart. They sell great flatbread.

First, I cannot stress enough that the small group tour is worth the extra price. The tour itself in the mini-bus was very enjoyable with a knowledgeable and respectful guide. I very much appreciated how our guide explained the sites outside and let us walk through the churches and experience the sites ourselves after receiving the explanation, instead of disrupting other visitors and services and blocking access to sites by having us form in a group in small spaces. I think this should be done by all tours. Regardless of one's religion, this is an interesting and beautiful tour of the northern region which is filled with historic sites. If people have more time, it looked very nice to spend a night at a hotel on the sea of galilee. The one huge downside was the pickup process. I was the third pickup in the "big pickup coach" and it was already 30 minutes late. We then drove around picking up people (sometimes only a couple minutes apart) for over two hours. Many people had to change transportation multiple times and wait for long periods to be picked up. It would be much more considerate to have two to three pickup places and everyone is responsible for getting to these pick up places themselves. It is not worth it to be picked up at your hotel.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and it was great to see all of these sites in one day. I would have liked a bit more time at each site to stop and pray; it was a bit hard as a religious person to see other groups saying the rosary, etc. and I felt like we were constantly being rushed back on the bus. But if you have limited time to see these places while in Israel, this is a good way to do it.

We booked a 4 day Classic Israel tour with Bein Harim. We chose the small group formula (up to 20 persons). Very professional, always on time and well organized.
We recommend Bein Harim tour with a special mention to Mr Norbert Nakache one of the best tour guide we met. Norberto is very organized, he drives and he explains a lot of things of the country, he is funny and inclusive, he is able to create a group among his tourists. Very attentive and careful to all needs. It has been a wonderful tour with him and we never forget him!! Thanks Bein harim and Thanks to Norberto. Barbara and Raffaele from Bologna Italy

The Biblical Highlights of the Galilee is exactly as set forth in the brochure. First you visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and the Church of St. Joseph, followed by other new testament biblical sites and ending at the baptismal site on the River Jordan. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the stops appropriate for the sites seen. One word of caution: Lunch is not included and you are pretty much coerced into joining the group at the "St. Peter's Restaurant" on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, where you can eat the so-called "Famous St. Peter's Fish". (There is no other restaurant around so you pretty much have to eat there.) The lunch costs 80 shekels - about US$21. The St. Peter's Fish tastes like any other fish served in mass quantities. There is a salad buffet which isn't bad, but since every bus tour group stops at the restaurant, the place is mobbed. There are literally hundreds of people in the cavernous room so waits at the salad buffet can be fairly long. But the wait staff does a pretty good job in getting the main course served and of course in collecting the money for the lunch.

Zvi was incredible. He took us to all the sites and the best places to eat...not your average touristy type of restaurants. He knew the ins and outs of Israel and his knowledge of history was beyond compare. He does it all with a smile and and always had us laughing at something funny. He was the best. I don't speak Hebrew so sorry to not fill out the other info correctly. We visited Nov. 22

Very humble, and well communicator with good sense of humour, and he is the perfect guy to travel private tour of Nazareth & the Sea of Galilee. I strongly recommend you all go for it with him you will not regret.😊

We took the tour in Spanish, overall the tour is well organized and the guide beforehand told us about the itinerary. The only bad point was that at the end, we had to go to Tel Aviv and the company arranged our transfer to Jerusalem in a private taxi. Because of this we lost some time. Other than that, the experience was good.

This tour was a good way to see a few things in a short amount of time! Our guide was knowledgeable and kind. There is a set spot for lunch which might be costly for people but a few in our group asked for just the salad bar (cost less) or some brought their own lunch and ate outside.
The Sea of Galilee was just stunning!

We started our trip with Orion our tour guide, he had such a beautiful smile, very charming, very kind and gentle, approachable and friendly, gave us plenty of helpful advice. I feel bad though that I wasn’t able to give him some gratuities because I’ve been using my card to pay everything.

I’d definitely recommend this trip. All parts of the tour was great but I especially enjoyed seeing the Sea of Galilee up close and personal, plus, the baptism at Jordan River.

Just a bit of a reminder,

You need to book someone who would baptize you in advance, it’s about 500 usd but if you weren’t able to book like me or on a tight budget, you can ask your fellow travelers to baptize you just like what I did. I rented for the tunic and towel, about 15 dollars, I didn’t have any shorts so I bought some shorts for 25 usd so I suggest you prepare ahead of time, bring a suit or something to cover your private parts because the tunic is very thin and once you arise from the water, it’s a show for all lol.

We had lunch at a Kiboot not sure if I spelled it correctly. This is a very unique experience because not everyone can do this, you usually have to arrange it in advance and ask for their permission.

The rest of the tour activities are good.

For my group and I, this was a wonderful pilgrimage to the Holy Land, we went with the company of our Priest and Wisam, a very knowledgeable and kind guide. I fully recommend it!
