We had a wonderful day trip exploring Mount Fuji from Tokyo. Our driver and guide for the day was Khizar. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day so enjoyable for our family. He helped with getting tickets, held our place in line, and got us a few drinks and snacks. Such a great experience and will book a tour with Khizar next time we are in the Tokyo region!

Excellent full day trip to Mt Fuji and surrounding area. Experienced Mt Fuji station 4 (station 5 was closed). Great pictures on way to short lake cruise.

Unable to experience tram due to high winds; however, got to see aquarium. Also experience one of Japan’s bullet train (131 mph).

Guid spoke good English and provided excellent historical narrative during bus and ground travels.

Well worth the time if you want to see Mt Fuji from Tokyo.

We had a wonderful day with Takashi as our guide. We visited Arakura Sengen Park and Shrine, 4th Station, Wind and Ice Caves, Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway and Oishi Park.
We were very lucky and got to see Mt. Fuji all day.
Takashi was very knowledgeable about all sites and the history of Japan and we would highly recommend this tour.

Had a great time; the guide was entertainment and friendly. We’re lucky to get a good glimpse of Mt Fuji. The only downside is that in the notice of departure and assembly of place, there was no time indicated. It was frustrating to find out in the internet.

Shin is a Nationally Certified Tour Guide who lives and works in Hakone. He is knowledgeable, personable and friendly and clearly understands and exhibits the attributes of an excellent guide -- he listens, adapts and customizes your experience based upon your input and preferences. We spent a day touring from late morning to sunset. He picked us up at our Ryokan and we discussed our plans for the day. We proceeded to tour Hakone from Lake Ashi and several other historic sites including temples, gardens, cedar forests, the old Tokaido Road, a 400 year old Tea House that is still in operation and other hidden and quiet historic sites away from the crowded tourist areas. Shin did a great job of sharing his local knowledge with us, We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time together and believe he provides great value for his attentive services. Worth seeking out!

Our guide, Shishiba is fantastic. He spoke English and explained all the historic and traditions of the places we visited. He was flexible and took us to gotemba. Punctual and friendly. I would take his tour again!

Great relaxing way to see Mount Fuji. It was an absolute pleasure having Guy and Oriol as our guide and driver in Tokyo, and to have them drive us out to the Fuji area for the day. We took some great photos and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

This was, hands down, our favorite tour we took on our Tokyo vacation. We are a family of five and our guide, Harry, made sure we all enjoyed every single second of our trip. There's no way we could've seen all we saw and made all the various connections to the cable car, rope-way, open air museum, shrine, bus without his expert planning. This was money well spent and allowed us to fully enjoy our day instead of worrying that we had walked a mile to wrong bus stop, etc.
