Fantastic way to see the Park if you have a day. Smooth travel from our hotel through to the Park and a great guide. Highly recommend!

The trip was amazing for different thing. First the respect of the wildlife « if you want to be sur to see animals, you can go in a zoo ». The trip is very well organized and we have seen different ecosystem, mangrove, coral, birds, turtle. Second, Tom and the boatman was very kind, the never hesitat to share their knowledge.

    Thank you very much !

Excellent way to see the traditional houses without going into to jungle. Really authentic.
The cultural performance show was also great

We had an amazing morning biking through Kuching learning about the history, sites and food. Delilah was terrific, she was knowledgeable and made the tour a lot of fun. Not only did we see Kuching, we also rode through villages and explored a local food market. Would highly recommend this tour!

This is an excellent tour company which is very customer focused. The orangutan experience was fantastic - we saw 7 orangutans. The driver and guides at the park were friendly and very informative. Excellent value for money.
Also went on the dolphin and crocodile boat trip. We really wanted to do this tour and the company made it possible when originally there was no space. Excellent tour again - saw loads of dolphins and a crocodile close up!
I was very impressed with this company - their customer service was excellent as was the whole tour experience.

The Culvert had booked my husband and I this experience with CPH Travel Agencies. This tour did not disappoint. Our guide Don and captain Jeff were amazing. Don picked us up at 8:45am sharp, from there we headed to the boat. Don was clear that there was no guarantee of seeing dolphins. Regardless we were fortunate enough to experience the dolphins and wildlife of the wetlands and mangroves. The guide and captain were ethical, knowledgeable, and shared interesting legends and history with us while we were on the boat. 10/10 would recommend.

I came at a time when tourism was still slow, so booked this tour for two even though I was alone. It was entirely worth it!

The staff were really friendly and helpful in arranging the tour and making sure I had all the information I needed ahead of time.

The guide who took me to the park was very concerned that I was comfortable in the car and shared a lot of information about places I had already been that the other guides didn’t tell me.

Kubah Park at night was amazing! The sounds of the crickets, cicadas and frogs was really neat to hear. We also heard a civet cat. Hafiz, the guide in the park was really knowledgeable about all the different types of frogs. He could also spot them at 4-5 meters away, which was helpful because sometimes even when he was pointing right at the frog it took me a few seconds to see it. Without him I probably would have concluded that there were no frogs in the park, but instead we saw 10-12 different types. I’m sure we saw more than 100 frogs total during the tour even a Borneo horned frog. At several point we would be focused on one frog on one leaf only to then realize there were actually 4-5 frogs in the same small area!

Most of the frogs were pretty willing to be photographed up close, allowing me to get shots on my phone that look like they could have come from National Geographic.

The walk was along a paved road and a wooden walkway around a frog pond. I had been worried about about mosquitos but they weren’t a problem, and the night air was actually cool and refreshing.

    For a tour I almost didn’t take, I’m really glad I went!

A fantastic experience from the minute I booked the tour to the end.

    What I liked a lot.

    1. I was sent a reminder 2 days prior to the tour and the tour guide got in touch with me a day before to brief me on the requirements, to check the exact location of my accommodation and to ensure that. I had someone direct to talk to if I needed some clarification.

    2. The pick-up was exactly on time, which I really appreciated as we were ready and didn't want to wait.

    3. We had very friendly and caring guides through the kayaking experience, who made our first kayak experience memorable. From the stop off at the waterfall to giving instructions while on the kayak, they were helpful and ensured we got extra value for money throughout the whole experience, The feeding of fish directly from your hands was unbelievable.

    4. The cycling and cave guide took us to a fantastic place for an exceptional lunch, with dishes we wouldn't have ordered as they were new to us. He offered us bottles of water and was very caring about our needs. He didn't rush us and gave us plenty of time to change and use the restrooms. He gave us a fantastic tour of the fairy cave and was open to answering any questions we had. The jungle cycling leg was one of the biggest adventures of our lives, as we pushed our cycles up the rocky terrain in an absolute downpour, and the guide got off the bike and pushed his bike to not leave us alone. He did not leave our site for a second and helped, supported and was patient with us through the whole trip. He kept checking while in front if we were behind him and immediately stopped, in the pouring rain, if we weren't. We managed to finish the ride with him and were able to because of his unbelievable patience and gamesmanship when we felt we were all part of one team, and no one left anyone behind.

We were dropped off and the guide also gave us more time to change out of our absolutely soaked clothes and have something warm, not pushing us to finish as he had to go. A true professional in every regard.

I absolutely very highly recommend the agency for ensuring that you go through an adventure, even if you haven't ever done something like that before, and making you feel safe and very looked after through the whole experience. If in Borneo, go for this amazing adventure ( hopefully you get the pouring rain in the middle of a dense forest, while going uphill/downhill on a mountain bike too..)

Stunning experience! We saw 5 oerang oetans including a young babe (born in Jan-22) at the morning feeding. You can get really close and see them grab/eat fruit laid out by the staff. Staff btw are very friendly and really teach you about the the oerang oetans. Would definitely recommend: 10/10.
