- Tim PHampshire, UK315 contributionsVisited as part of a private city tour. Very interesting tour with a guide who knew her stuff (and spoke impeccable English). Fascinating glimpse into Spanish/Filipino life from the last couple of centuries. It was also good to bring to life several stories I have heard about such life from my visits to the Philippines over the last 35 x years.Written 26 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kurt E3 contributionsOne of the better museums that we have visited. Lots of artifacts and clear historical narratives. Great organization of the timeline and facts. Feels very good to be there and have a glance on what the past Cebu looks like. A must visit for history enthusiasts. I wish they had more space for more artifacts though. Overall, it was a great learning experience.Written 14 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Francheska C3 contributionsThe museum showcases the rich history and cultural significance of the Santo Niño image and its devotion in the Philippines. The displays and artifacts are well-preserved and provide a deeper understanding of the religious heritage of the region. The museum staff were knowledgeable and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.Written 19 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Brubbert Conrad C19 contributionsAs you go inside the Archdiocesan Museum, you will see a lot of religious figurines and artifacts not just about God but also about saints in the Philippines and outside the country. I find the museum interesting, and the circulation in this place is very accessable as you can find all of these at one area.Written 17 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jack PArnhem, The Netherlands3 contributionsThere aren't many expositions that stole my heart, but this one did. Situated at the second floor of the first Eco-friendly hotel this is something you must be looking for, definitely worth while. the exposition is impressive, pure, simple, heart warming and made my mind wander off to what really matters in life.
Paulina is world famous about her naive art and exposes abroad also; if you want to see everything this will take you about two hours . Suitable for kids as well as grown ups ( there also is a little playground for the littlest downstairs)
I recommend this to everyone.Written 18 June 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - RobinSalobrena, Spain11 contributionsA look into the past
