The trip was well organised and with a good variety of activities. We enjoyed it. The last stage of the journey to the resort is by river in a motorised canoe, arriving at a large and very comfortable resort lodge at the main entry to the National Park. Accommodation is in individual two person cabins with air conditioners and western style toilets and nicely finished in timber and woven rattan with a rustic appearance but very comfortable. This is not bush camping. Meals are mostly included and are in the open air restaurant where snacks and drinks can also be purchased at reasonable prices. The food is good and includes Malay, Indian and Western dishes. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Supplies like insect repellant can be bought in the Mini-Mart. The night walk was the best opportunity to see wildlife and many people come to the resort just for this walk - although most of our sightings were just in and around the resort and included close encounters with monkeys, a wild boar and many smaller creatures. The instructions for the trip do need updating. Most of the canopy walk has re-opened in the last month (Nov 2019) after a year out of operation and operates six days a week (not Fridays), although it closes for safety during rain or storms. The canopy walk is quite adventurous - a narrow suspension footbridge suspended 50 m up in the canopy. We took presents for the visit to the Orang Asli village as suggested, but nobody else did and since there are many more visitors each day than there are villagers it really would not be a good idea for everybody to take presents of biscuits etc. It would be much better if the resort were to organise a fund to assist with the children's educational expenses and seek donations. Lastly, best to ignore the suggestion to take a fishing rod. We went to some trouble to obtain and take one, only to find that there was very little opportunity for fishing and it caused some embarassment with the Malay staff who culturally find it difficult to say "no." It took four days of questions to finally establish that fishing is not allowed on Fridays, it is not allowed on rivers within the National Park and there is not really any easy access for fishing on the main river, Sungei Temberling, unless you hire a boat. There are fish in the main river which the locals catch with nets so if you are keen you might have success - but this is not a fishing trip.

Ramesh was a great host and guide. He was chatty and informative and introduced us to a lot of the local foods which were all very tasty. It was loads too, and excellent value and gives you a chance to work out what you might like or not like. Give it a go!

Anyone with teenage boys will tell you - they sure can eat! Our teens are absolute foodies and were thrilled with this tour, as were we. Povan was so accommodating- I messed up our tour timing and he was able to squeeze us in later in the day, plus he made sure to ask about food restrictions and allergies in advance. Povan was fun, informative and knew exactly what we would enjoy. Food was amazing! Our favorite was the Kung Fu Cha and also the Roti-Prata. A must do for any foodie.

My husband and I had one day in Kuala Lumpur before flying to Borneo, and this was the absolute perfect way to spend it. Every part of this tour was just spectacular, but our very favorite part was seeing the beautiful silver leaf monkeys. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, it was a great value, and nonstop fun from start to finish.

Mohd Akmal is the best tour guide ever! Very accommodating, flexible and funny! First off, he agreed to pick us up one hour before the scheduled time as we arrived at 4am in KL. He gave us wonderful
welcome gifts (first time that somebody handed us that after many experiences with other tour guides). Threw in lots of SURPRISES all through out the tour. Very funny guy. Knew the history of KL/Malaysia very well. Learned so much about the city and the country itself. Jokes with us and took us to places we asked him to (market,
starbucks, etc.) Also worth mentioning, he takes very cool pics as he was a professional photographer before. He kept us hydrated and given and carried the umbrella for us most of the time. Mohd Akmal is definitely a top notch tour guide. Highly recommendable.

Make sure you take a big appetite with you on this food tour. Nadia took us to eat Malaysian, Indian and Chinese dishes in different parts of the city. She knows all the best places. We even tried durian for the first time. A great way to see the different cultures of this fascinating city.

Pauline was knowledgeable and attentive to our groups needs. She showed us around Chow Kit Market and went above and beyond to learn interesting facts about the products we were most interested in. She made sure we did not go hungry and it was an excellent experience!

We had a really good (if *hot* -- not his fault!) walking tour with Alvin from Chinatown to the Indian Brickfields neighborhood, a goodly ~5 mile walk. Alvin pointed out architectural details and history, and notable food (the mochi lady!) along the way. We saw Petaling street, Central Market, Merdeka Square, Sri Maha Mariamman Hindu temple, National Mosque (from the outside,) the Botanical Garden, train station (air con!). Alvin gave us a "goodie bag" of snacks and water that we definitely made use of during the 3.5 hours. He is smart, funny, curious and well traveled -- a great guide.

Fantastic experience! From begining to ending the tour was relaxing, informative and fun. The Tour guide, Mr Tan gave an excellent service throughout the trip, it was educational as he explained the history / backstory of the pleaces we visited.
