Overall good experience. However the management should place more signs for direction to the exhibition. Currently they emphasise too much on operation of the cafe.

When we talk about museum, mostly is about history and arts. This trendy Bank Negara Museum showcase the history of finance-how Bank Negara made money, the versions of classic money and also got some art paintings by famous artist at the upper floor.

Beautiful outside, with interesting exhibits of textiles and jewelry inside. During my research some people were complaining the they were now charging an entrance few. It was 5 ringit - about $1.22US. I don't know of many museums that are that cheap.

We wanted to see the building on a self guided tour whilst in this part of the city. It was good to see and very quiet.

The museum has a very good lay-out and has a lot of exhibits inside and outside. It shows the history of the police force in Malaysia and it also has a good display of weaponry used from the olden times. They also have a collection of transports surrounding the museum from tanks to a boat and a helicopter.

good place for pictures and family time together. they have 9 rooms in total, but only have 10 mins each room for pic. if a lot of ppl that may not enough time for each room.

entrances rm45 per pax, we went on 31/12 which they have buy 3 free 1. so cost around rm33+ per pax.

I would like this museum the craft of Malaysia it was really well put together. Explanation in English it is a very small museum it wouldn’t take long to go through it. It’s worth adding on we go to the National Museum.

It is a hidden gem. If you love history and museum - then it is a must do place. Not only local music instruments and gurus are show-cased here - but all amazing master pieces from across globe are.

I stumbled upon on it on my way back from Merdeka square. I was feeling bit flu-ish. I decided to seek little rest in an air-conditioned oasis. Entrance was free - Air-conditioning was great.

It is a small museum perhaps you need around 1 hour. But displays are interesting and educational. Best part is that the place was deserted and I took as much time I can without noise of crowds.

Located in a bungalow off Jalan Imbi and a road away from Jalan Tun Razak, near RHB Building is this Jade Museum. It is more a shop than a museum but there are some exquisite and museum grade jade pieces from the owner's personal collection. There is not much information displayed here but there is a poster explaining the grading scale of jade. The museum is open from 9 am - 5pm and admission is free.

Part of the governement subsidied Craft Complex now in the middle of a huge construction site the museum is waiting for a new display in February. Judging from the previous it isn't much to expect, this is a very oldfashioned establishment. There is a textile museum at the corner of Merdeka square in central KL showing more of the local craft techniques.
