We took our 2 and 3-year-olds to the park and they had a great time. The playground is huge and there are many options for older and younger children.
The real gem is the splash/ water area. It was a great place to cool off but it is in direct sun with only a small portion of the pool in the shade. The only shame is the opening times. Like everything else in KL, it opens later than you would like. Despite the park opening in the early morning, the pool area does not open until 10am. A shame as there is a lack of things to do between peak toddler hours of 6am-11am in the area.

I am not sure if this was a unique problem for us or if others have had a similar experience but we had many children try to touch our child's hair (white blonde). The children were not supervised so it was up to us to keep her from being overwhelmed. If you are a visitor to Asia you may also find it unusual that many adults will grab your child by the arm or try to stop them from passing to talk to them.

A lovely bird park with colourful avaries. Birds fly free in almost a natural habitat. Bring your camera and get great shots ranging from parrots to peacocks. Reasonable price and walkable from a nearby MRT station. Great opportunity to expose your children to the world of birds.

Oasis of green, plenty of hiking trails on natural forest 🌳 for kids, older people and many others. It was difficult to find right opened entrance, it took us some hour for right one on the top. Good time to enjoy nature, no traffic and lower temperatures. It’s activity for minimum half a day, get ready with good shoes, water and snack.

You can feel the cool breeze as you climb up the hills. The moisture level as per environment at height of TABUR ,drops as you leap heights .

The difficulty level of Bukit Tabur trek can be considered as easy to moderate. Even the beginners can go for trek. You must be healthy and have good stamina. After you reach the amazing site of Bukit Tabur where the view is awesome , see the lake , touch the sky , with friends willed with joy and enthusiasm at such a height surrounded by majestic atmosphere is an experience of a lifetime!

Really nice place to walk around with fantastic views of KL. Can be very busy holidays and weekends . Some of the toilets a bit disgusting and smelly.

We liked our walk in the park. Other reviews comment on the price, and yes, it might be a bit too pricy, but we still liked it. It is a part of jungle just in the middle of KL. There wasn't too many other guests, when we were there late in the afternoon, so we enjoyed walking around in the last part of the KL forest. It is such a contrast to the busy part of KL. We will recommend it. It is isomething different.

NB! Signs could have been better, but you just walk up to the KL Tower - then it is easy to find at the top.

One of the last bastion of nature amidst the concrete jungle, straddling between Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur boundary. There're a few entrances to Bukit Gasing Hiking Trail. Our favourite are Bukit Gasing Hiking Trail Toilet and Parking, Petaling Jaya side or Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur side.
There're multiple trails for you to choose from, Bukit Gasing Loop, Fence Trail Loop, Abu Bakar Loop, Stairways to Heaven Loop, to the olde hanging bridge, or the Concrete suspended bridge. Hikes are novice to moderate difficulty. We typically spent between one half to 3 hours, depends on how many trails we tackle.
It's great to still find some critters along the way, scorpions, snakes, squirrels and monkeys were sighted. The flora had diminished somewhat, or the variety had retreated away from the trails perhaps.
Be cautious of slippery slopes especially if it had rained in the morning before.

Went there to take some photos of wildlife, theres this security guard that claims you cant take photos here and need to have a permit from dbkl. Honestly it's complete nonsense as this is a public park and me taking photos of wildlife is not disturbing anyone at all. Management should look into it. But anyways, spotted a Barred Eagle Owl sleeping in the trees 🦉 Many more species of birds, reptiles and mammals can be found from some monitor lizards to white throated kingfishers and long tailed macaques. Great place to just enjoy nature and have a nice walk.

The great place near the city. After getting tired of work that's a nice place to picnic. Only one thing is surprised me is they charged us for entry. So far I know it's just need to pay the parking but the two man in the entrance charged us RM 8 per person.

Another Orchid garden, why do so many tours include them. Fairly hilly terrain,so not easy for some. High light for me was seeing the rather large lizard

BK park is closed during current MCO. Many people walk up from car park to guard house obviously to get some strength walking uphill and down

Maybe good for nature to be given a break from us human to regenerate !
