What travellers are saying
- TillyTravellersBrisbane Australia116 contributionsThis is a great service covering a lot of ground, but traffic in KL often means there are hold-ups and there is a long wait time between buses. I recommend getting on, staying on, and then deciding where you may want to get off for one or two sites. The ticket is for 24 hours so it can be spread over two days which is awesome.Written 24 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Guy3 contributionsRAPID KL AIRPORT SERVICE - CHEAPEST WAY TO/FROM AIRPORT There is a new Rapid KL (KL public transport) route to and from KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 to Kuala Lumpur. The bus takes you to Putra Heights LRT station. From there your ticket includes free use of the Rapid KL system to any other station you want to go to, on any of the LRT, MRT or BRT lines. And all for RM 10 !! (As of Jan 2020). From the airport bus terminals, you just look or ask where the bus stops. At klia2 I noticed it was using B03 loading dock. And you just buy tickets on the bus, not the ticket counter. Do not throw away receipt: you need it when you get to Putra Heights station, to exchange for a Subway token. Also, when returning to the airport, remember to keep your receipt that you get with token, because it becomes your bus ticket when you reach Putra Heights. This Rapid KL to airport service runs only from early morning to about 10pm I think. There is no sign about this great public transit service for some odd reason, but it is there! Check the rapid KL website for more info.Written 8 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- R3388OOlindah1 contributionWe had lots of fun this tour as a group of girls! Our driver was super friendly and knowledgable, making sure we were aware of the do's and dont's of each stop. He also got us to each location quickly and gave us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. Our first stop at the temple was beautiful and we got some great pics. Our second stop was definitely a highlight, since we got to feed and interact with monkeys hands on. Lots of laughs taking pictures with them on our shoulders! Dinner was a good portion and decent for price. Lastly, the trip out to see the fireflies was unforgettable and a bonus to watch the sunset on the lake!Written 23 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Witless_ProtectionBedford, UK58 contributionsThe bus was really clean and comfortable. Quite hard to find the boarding point from the ticket information given. Driver does not help with luggage. He also drove barefoot, but otherwise safe and well-driven. On time and arrived early.Written 24 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alex6 contributionsDon't use this deadly smell chemical for " desinfection" inside the buses. Really difficult to breath with this smell, la.Written 25 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- mcdonaldjosephNewcastle, Australia7 contributionsAfter travelling 1/2 way with fever using his phone, talking and texting he stopped at a truck stop-service centre for a smoke of his pipe. Back on the road was similar to the first section, talk and text. After stopping at KLIA1 heading to KLIA 2 the driver lit up his pipe while driving. Obviously the no smoking sign is not for him!🤢Written 21 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Nrsf1 contributionBus was scheduled at 3pm, however, the bus was not on time at all. It was delayed and the bus only arrive for departure at 1618 hrs. The staffs did not even told us that there was gonna be a delayed fo more than an hour firstly and when we asked them how long were the bus be arriving and their response was shortly which = an hour later. There were three receptionist at the counter but none could be even bother to at least have the courtesy to inform.
It was our first time to take this bus, and it totally was a horrific one for us. Cause the basic customer service was just a tremendous dissapointment, where we waited for an hour plus delayed bus; with no information being told to us about it.Written 18 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. In the end the call went straight to voice message, tried a few numbers published online in vain. Went to pick up point nonetheless and was told by the staff that the bus is “random”, the “original” bus (number given after boarded random bus) will be waiting at 2nd link after custom clearance. After custom, boarded the bus and it was free seating, the dropped off point was informed to be differ from original place by 13km.
Unpleasant journey. My advice for this is “if you have other choices, don’t take this bus. Else, take at your own risk”Written 2 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. 1) bus was late 10min. Then left terminal after about 20min.
2) how on earth can Transnasional ticket counter was closed at about 830pm. It's peak time for those traveling with bus. It's main bus station in Kelantan. Thus, had none to enquire about bus status. Left hanging and wondering
3) Driver drove with own sweet speed of 50-60km/H in federal road. Left me speechless.
My past experience with Transnasional was horrible. tried this time expecting they would have changed. It proved me wrong. Some things never changed. Should never take Transnasional, unless it's one very last choice.
#supposedly arrive KT at 12am. Finally arrived at 1250am.
Good side: bus is clean. Not many passengers (not surprised)Written 13 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
