- Vacation039657020651 contributionIt has been a really nice trip. the tour guide LG was really efficient and prepared and he answered to all our questions and curiosities. Not only the fireflies themselves were enjoyable but also the visit of the Indian temple, the hill with the monkeys and the dinner in the fishermen's village. The tour includes all places you have to see in KL. - Tour379622Perth, Australia3 contributionsI would have rated this higher but the trip was spoilt by our transport, which broke down on the way to the highlands and the replacement bus on the way back had brake issue (not what you want on a steep descent) which saw us wait on the side of a very busy road for them to cool down.
Our guide (sorry his name escapes me) was very knowledgeable about the history of Kuala Lumpur and he was very friendly and helpful all day long.
There are lots and lots and lots of shops at the top of the cable car but the outlets, which are cheaper, are at the bottom.

Honest, polite, chatty, attentive and a good sense of humour.
The waterfalls and springs were lovely to see. If I was in more of an "immersive" mood, I would've dipped in but the weather was poor. The caves were an incredible spectacle to see, well worth the journey. A few hidden surprises of the fabric shop and metallic factory were a great addition to the tour, also.
Lunch was very tasty, always good to try new food in new ways.
Dropped off with no hassle, even when the traffic started to get busy. My favorite being the waterfalls. Special thanks to our Tour Guide Mr. Indran! He was amazing to work with from the beginning. Super communicative, flexible, knowledgeable and overall amazing. He made us feel like family and safe at all times. If you book this tour hopefully you'll get to meet Mr. Indran. He's amazing and made our vacation so very wonderful! Our tour guide Johnson was super knowledgeable and very kind, balancing the day out perfectly between guided walks and free time. Lunch was so good, Chinese banquet style with unlimited tea and a sweet treat for desert. The tour guide was very friendly and courteous throughout the trip, told me stories of Malacca's history on the way to the city.
In Malacca we did a walking tour of jonker street before reaching the main square. You get to visit the museums and churches in the area along other very historical spots. Yuvanesh also had knowledge of the history of the city and would tell me throughout the tour.
