Our tour guide was so informative, helpful and engaging. All staff were so lovely we had a fantastic visit. Surprising and well worth the visit to learn some history in Malaysia and the company.

Lots to see..KLCC park the aquarium. Plan your travel wisely. We went twice to this pace in our 7 day trip.
Be aware of the photographers st aquarium. We had a very bad experience there. They literally looted us.

Extraordinary. Comprehensive collection, well curated. Covers many aspects of Islamic art from round the world: calligraphy, weapons, ceramics and textiles.

We were planning sky deck but it was sold out, it’s busy place in Lunar New Year decoration. Luxury brands, many other global brands in downtown prices, food court is not typically low price but mid and higher price. Quite full whole day with shoppers, very probably affected by shops present before Chinese New Year 🧧. For local good food, we went just for 10min away and we were happy

I was informed by the reviews written here that the walkway lacks accurate directions and to make it more confusing it has several exit points, however much to my pleasant surprise it has got concise markings and easy to follow instructions to your destination. The travel time reduced drastically by accessing this bridge.

Nice variety of local food with good taste. Very spicy food, nice coconut juices and thai teas. Food is prepared really quickly. Very noisy atmosphere.

The National Mosque (Masjid Negara) is the main mosque in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived during prayer times so we couldn't get in, just walk around the gardens and see it from the outside. It's quite big and new.

Interesting and informative visit. Many specimens and displays. Quite busy but not overcrowded with no time limit for your experience. Well laid out with glass tunnel through the aquarium.

This was one of the stops in Central Market area and the first Indian Temple visit for this trip in KL. It actually was quieter inside than I expected.

They were very strict with ensuring no shoes were worn inside or even carried in the hands or inside a bag. A bunch of carts were in front selling various combinations of offerings for the temple.

Once inside we walked through two floors. The first floor was very bright with colorful tiles, gold trims used throughout. On the second floor, the windows gave views of the statues mounted on the rooftop.

We spent about 15 minutes inside.

This mall is worth a visit if you enjoy your shopping and want to explore the different malls of KL. While a bit further out from KLCC where many tourists stay, it is still easy to reach via public transport or taxi/Grab. The mall is big with a good variety of stores and decent places to eat, though not as extensive as some other malls like Pavilion. With that said, give this place a visit if you like malls.

A large mall next to Imbi monorail station. Some 10 levels, lots of shops and even an amusement park with a roller coaster in there !

For a measly 5RM for foreigners, this is a great place to visit. All the placards and labels are translated into English, for one. I learned a great bit on the ancient, premodern and modern history of Malaysia and it was very cool to see so many young people inside a museum! I spent a little over an hour here.

There are also two cultural galleries outside the main national museum entrance, with a combined 5 RM for each, so also went to those. Those are much smaller and easier to speed through but I enjoyed seeing traditional woodcarving, handicrafts and weapons, whilst also learning about Malaysian tribes.

    I definitely recommend.

Located in Merdaka Square, the main draw seems to be the I Love KL sign out in front. However, there was a much better sign located on the second floor but not in red.

On the first floor was a small diorama of KL, a room cataloguing history of KL as well as a busy cafe and gift shop.

The second floor was much quieter so don’t miss it. Here was a much larger 3D model of the greater KL city in one large room, a wall with details about the tall buildings in KL, an angel wings wall (for IGs), a cool floating model of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building.
