- jgrob3Perth, Australia177 contributionsThe start of the track is easy to find but it has yellow tape over it, warning you not to proceed. The track up to the base of the rocky outcrop hasn’t been maintained in a while so is a bit overgrown & some parts have been washed away. It’s not a huge deterrent but don’t expect an easy hike up.
I found the trail along the bottom of the cliffs to be quite difficult to follow & ended up going off into the jungle a couple of times. It’s not really possible to get lost as you just follow the base of the cliffs but the path is mainly marked by bits of warning tape on trees so it’s easy to miss the turns.
The trail along the top of the cliffs is much easier to follow and the views are quite spectacular. Just be careful up there as there are steep drop offs on both sides & it gets down to just a few metres across.
I’d suggest wearing long pants if you can as the mosquitoes are ferocious and I got bitten many times. In addition, I think I was stung by some plants or other insects as I came back with large itchy welts in my legs.
Overall, it was a good, challenging but quite doable hike & I spent about 4 hours doing the circuit. Easily done as an early morning till noon escapade. Was a bit disappointed at the large amount of trash, bottles (even broken glass!), and food packaging scattered around. Bins are available people! Please use them.

The actors and staff are excellent and they really made the whole experience immersive and entertaining. Gotta say this is as close as you can be for a driftperience for a lifetime. For a Noob like me, it's totally SAFE to whoosh around at high speed 60kmh; Safety measures are all around the place so that if you crash, you're safe.
Experience of a lifetime. - Theron M11 contributionsThis was an unforgettable experience that would have been impossible to organize myself while I was in KL on business. Chen was an excellent guide with a great sense of humor who was interested in ensuring that we made the most of our time in the jungle. This is a real hike, so be prepared for some hours of walking and negotiating what can be moderately steep and treacherous terrain. That said, Chen kept the experience engaging throughout, pointing out interesting features and inhabitants of the jungle. He is also knowledgable about KL and the local town around his bed and breakfast. The meals included in the experience were excellent, as was the opportunity to see more of Malaysia than the megatropolis of KL. - 3lfy-da54 contributionsPictures taken by the staff - dey even took some videos! So u can focus on handling the ATV! Available for walk-ins but if u r in big group, it is advisable to book earlier.
