The Petronius Twin Towers are an absolute must during a visit to Kuala Lumpur. Here’s the thing, you need to view the towers in the day time and in the evening as the character of these towers completely changes. In the day time, the towers stand tall, gleaming in the Malaysia sunshine whilst towering over the KL skyline. In the evening they light up to create an enigmatic, picturesque view.
Around KLCC there are lots of viewing and picture opportunities so get your legs moving and wonder around picking up the best views.

Wonderful park with something for everyone including a low level kids pool and extensive play area. Beautiful scenes and a running track. Very easy to forget that you are in a major city with all the greenery and despite the hubbub of people, it actually feels pretty sparse, especially on the fringes of the park where it is possible to catch a quiet moment. At night, the fountains are lit up by coloured LEDs which give a spectacular sensation with the backdrop of the twin towers and surrounding high rise buildings.

Lots to see..KLCC park the aquarium. Plan your travel wisely. We went twice to this pace in our 7 day trip.
Be aware of the photographers st aquarium. We had a very bad experience there. They literally looted us.

This place has been promoted as a must-visit hawker street for tourists. Unfortunately, the food sold here do not represent Malaysian food. When you come here, you’re going to see restaurants serving Thai food (which you can get in Bangkok), Chinese food (which you can get from China, Hong Kong or Taiwan), or Korean food (which you will get from, yes, South Korea). Just look at the red tanglung hanging, you’d think you’re in China right? So where can you get true, authentic Malaysian food? Go to Kampung Baru. It’s a modern-day village selling authentic Malaysian food. Find these food to try: Nasi Lemak, Rendang, Laksa, Bihun Sup, Asam Pedas, Satay with Kuah Kacang, Lontong, Mee Rebus, Mee Kari, Mee Goreng Mamak, Roti Canai, Nasi Ayam, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Char Koey Teow, Wantan Mee, Pan Mee, Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang. However, if you see Nasi Geprek, Ayam Penyet, Bakso, Soto - these are all Indonesian food. Better go next door (Indonesia) and try the real ones for these. Enjoy!

A lovely bird park with colourful avaries. Birds fly free in almost a natural habitat. Bring your camera and get great shots ranging from parrots to peacocks. Reasonable price and walkable from a nearby MRT station. Great opportunity to expose your children to the world of birds.

No need to get so close as magic of this architectural building is more from distance. There are several other interesting places so close, like Merdeka square and China town

We were planning sky deck but it was sold out, it’s busy place in Lunar New Year decoration. Luxury brands, many other global brands in downtown prices, food court is not typically low price but mid and higher price. Quite full whole day with shoppers, very probably affected by shops present before Chinese New Year 🧧. For local good food, we went just for 10min away and we were happy

Beautiful picturesque temple. The Thean Hou Temple is a six-tiered temple of the Chinese sea goddess Mazu with Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Shui Wei Sheng Niang Goddess on each side.
You can register for light offering that lasts for a year for good luck.
Most convenient way to get to the temple is via taxi or grab.

The new Panda Eyes multistore dominates the sleepier stretch of this short street where most tourists will find themselves. For classier shopping there is Pavilion at the other end and many restaurants in between. The popular outdoor food court is down a lane among the budget accomodation.
