- Chris251 contributionsOne of the most beautiful island of Phang Nga Bay. Of course, one of the busiest, too! So if you want to have the deserted beach feeling and enjoy the turquoise waters by yourself, go when it’s high tide, from where all the boats are, far right on the island. You’re welcome!Written 6 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MisterTNorwayAs, Norway1,464 contributionsSnorkelling trip. Speedboat picked us up at the beach at our hotel Long Beach Chalet. First stop Koh Rok and since we arrived first the girls had the beach to themselves while we boys did some snorkelling.
Very nice beach. The lunch we got served tasted very good. There is a small kiosk on the island as well. Rangers look after the beach and secure tourists behave accordingly.
Remember to wear sandals/shoes on the floating dock which is VERY hot.Written 27 May 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Ann kathrin v4 contributionsGo to leather shop at;

The mix of nature, lovely people and beautiful beaches will captivate you and not let go so quickly. But if you get there, go also for the mountain! It’s about an 1:30h hike through rainforest, that will give you a real feeling of exploring uncharted territories. Here is a view from the top!Written 7 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mister_FixitBangkokNonthaburi, Thailand130 contributionsAnother of the lovely beaches in the south of Koh Lanta, almost deserted when we went. Definitely worth a visit.Written 12 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- LeannieHanoi, Vietnam1,257 contributionsThsu was the nearest beach to our hotel and was so nice to spend time on, either sun bathing or just walking up and down, the views in the day and as the sun goes down is breathtaking. Was also excited to see my first ever starfish while walking along! There are plenty of bars if you want to break up your walks with a coconut, food or a few drinks.Written 22 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anna WSalt Spring Island, Canada33 contributionsWe’re visiting Koh Lanta for a while, and with low expectations for this cave after visiting a couple of vast ones in the North, we found this to be our favourite cave experience so far for the challenge and adventure factors. It’s also a much less visited attraction, which is kind of surprising, because the whole thing was pretty awesome, from the climb up through the jungle to the climbing up and down ladders and across bamboo bridges in the cave, to the bats, spiders and geckos. Our guide was super helpful in pointing out where to step or hold onto, and everyone was supplied with their own headlamp. I’m not sure if they allow kids, but it seemed kind of unsafe for small children, and probably too difficult for anyone with significant injuries or mobility issues. There was a small passage to worm through at the end, which may not be passable for some body shapes. All in all a great adventure for us! We loved it! If you’re relatively fit I highly recommend it. Be prepared for the whole tour to take 2 hours.Written 24 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- LeannieHanoi, Vietnam1,257 contributionsThe first 15mins of the trek is brutal if you are not fit! Plenty of up hill with dirt tracks and not many actual steps, but after that it gets much easier and the last 30mins or so is pretty much downhill. We saw two lizards and a staff member pointed out a monkey to us in a tree near the beach. To be honest I spent more time in the park looking at the floor and my feet to make sure I stayed up right on the path that I didn't look up for animals much. Being in the forest part was a welcome distraction from the blistering heat, just remember to bring water for the trip.Written 24 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LeannieHanoi, Vietnam1,257 contributionsAbsolutely stunning beach, pristine white sand with blue sea, there was plenty of beach for everyone there to enjoy without it feeling at all crowded. It was enjoyable that you could simply relax and not get hassled at all like you do at some beaches.Written 22 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LucyBee4 contributionsWhat a hidden gem!! Took a motorbike out to discover this side of the island and came across this cool bar. Amazing views of the beach with laid back chilled music and great service. - NickPescara, Italy94 contributionsI am not a big beach fan and we were staying at the Anda Lanta resort, which is literally at the end of the track to the entrance to the trail leading to this little adventure, so it was a perfect opportunity for us. Unfortunately, you have to pass a so-called elephant sanctuary that claims to be ethical but is most definitely not, offering elephant rides and we saw them hitting the elephant. We went in early December, so the waterfall was still flowing nicely. The path is a bit slippery, and we were advised to stick to walking through the river which some of us did while one of us walked the path, it didn't make much difference. The cave although small was an added bonus. Very few people were doing it when we did it which was also nice.Written 10 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
