When you book a boat take 7k per passenger (one direction) about 15 person boat even if they try to sell you 200k boat. In the island other tourists would like to have photos with you, which is ok :) you can easily walk thru the island in less than two hours. Local people are very interested in you but not in a bad way. Similar to the ones you find near Sarawalk. But this one turned out to be a bit special since the small island, off Tanjung Pinang, called Pulau Peyengat houses a royal cemetery and grand mosque built by Sultan Riuau. Entrance fees Rp 5,000 per pax.
