    From beginning to end it was an amazing experience thanks to our tour guide Isaac. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the entire tour. The views were incredible and he made sure we got plenty of beautiful photos! Not to mention we received an amazing lunch as well. Overall it was a 10/10!!!

    All day adventure
    Tour guide was great...pick up from hotel and met the group whom we were heading on our adventure with....Not much wildlife to see.....though loved the forest. Volcano hike was great. lunch ok.

    Great tour guides! AMAZING time! Spectacular views!!! Highly recommend! Went with 6 friends - just our group! We even stopped to get amazing views of the volcano and a small stream to cool off!!!

    Unleash Your inner adventure, Experience the Rush of white water rafting at the balsa river
    A fantastic white water rafting experience! Rafting on the Balsa River was the highlight of my trip. The rapids were intense and guaranteed an action-packed adventure. The guides were not only experts in navigating the river, but they also shared interesting facts about the local ecosystem and made the whole trip educational as well. The beauty of the river, with a lot of waters and dense vegetation, was awe-inspiring. I cannot recommend this thrilling experience enough.

    Wonderful must do trip!
    Amazing experience! The whole process was so streamlined. The guides were very friendly, fun and dependable. Shout out to our guide Victor who was simply phenomenal. He took so much time to explain, show how everything works, show wildlife around and above all was super fun! Highly recommended experience for everyone!!

    Wonderful time!
    I loved how we stopped frequently along the way at different things to check out. We met some amazing people and had a great time. I got some great pictures of some birds. Don't be expecting the entire trip to be at La Fortuna - It's not, it's about the journey getting there, the zip lining, and the hot springs (which is at a hotel, man-made giant hot tub type thing). The hot springs have a swim up bar, great drinks, and an awesome spot to hang out. Highly recommend! Andrea was a marvelous guide, super knowledgeable, and very friendly!

    Multiple adventures in one package. Great value!
    We felt extremely safe the entire time. Staff informed us over each activity beforehand and met guests at various levels of comfort- always positive and encouraging. Excellent choice for those who want multiple adventures with the ease of booking x1 package!

    Fun, tasty, and informative!
    This tour was great! We got to try plenty of chocolates, sugar cane, and coffee. Everything was super informative and interesting to learn about. Our tour guide, David, was really funny and he made it a great experience for everyone. I definitely recommend!

    Experience was great, well informed tour guide and excellent choice of restaurants both for lunch and dinner. Anything you get additional is at you cost, be aware.

    What an adrenaline rush! So much fun
    What an amazing tour. I went with my ~65 year old parents and they also had a blast. Our tour guides (Cesar, Eric, Jose) made us feel incredibly safe the whole time, and were so much fun to talk to! They were also very knowledgable about the surrounding forest. Repelling down the waterfalls and jumping in the pools was so much fun and really gave us that adrenaline rush while still feeling safe. Cesar took fantastic photos too! Pura vida~

    Great visit to Arenal in one day thanks to Rainforest Explorers with Jason as our Guide
    What a great adventure we had with Jason on our visit to Arenal. From the very start it was such a pleasant experience. Easy and seamless to get to each location. We went to the hanging bridges, then on a hike as close to the volcano as possible followed by a delicious authentic lunch and finally our last stop was to the amazing waterfalls. At each spot Jason shared so much information with us. He kept us interested and engaged the whole time, even our kids listened closely (and liked sharing their own stories with the group) and had so much fun thanks to Jason. Our visit to the hanging bridges started with an amazing discovery of a Hercules Beetle which Jason taught us about as well as learning how leaves can protect themselves by curling up when touched. One of the major highlights was finding a sloth and her baby in a tree right next to where we were having lunch. We couldn’t have done all of this without Jason! The three stops plus lunch were perfect for the short visit we had to Arenal. Rainforest Explorers made sure everything was taken care of and that everything was done professionally and in an elegant manner. We would definitely recommend booking with RFE and hoping to have Jason as your guide!

    Wonderful and Amazing Experience
    What more can I say? Isaac, our tour guide was absolutely fantastic. With his leadership, we experienced a most wonderful and amazing day! Isaac’s knowledge of the area and his ability to explain it all to us made our first day in Costa Rica one we will remember forever.

    Highly recommended.

    Do THIS sloth tour!
    Reuben our guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and kind. He shared photos with us directly after the tour. We saw sloths, howler monkeys, a toucan, and other wildlife. The fresh fruit at the end was very much appreciated. There are bathrooms at the beginning and end of the tour. Wear closed-toe shoes. What I loved most is none of the animals are caged in - this is all open and animals are free to come and go as they wish. I would absolutely do this tour again and highly recommend to everyone.

    Great fun and beautiful scenery!
    Loads of fun and not difficult! I have never repelled before and I almost didn't do this until I saw they let 6 year olds do it. They made it easy and nobody in our group had any issues. You will get VERY wet so dress accordingly. The staff was great and I was impressed with all of their safety protocols. Lean back and enjoy! There is a long uphill walk at the end, but you can do it at your own pace if that is an issue for you. Tons of fun and beautiful!
