Our guide Joaquin (Five stars!) was informative and adaptive. There were so many breathtaking sites on this route it’s hard to pick a favorite. This tour is truly the best way to experience this area and gain local insights. The bikes are easy to adapt to so that any inclines are not a barrier. Most of the terrain is level bike paths. We were unaware of this until we were on the bus; and no financial rebate was made available to us; even though that part of the tour was a major reason for taking paying for this tour. - Brandi W1 contributionCarlos was our driver for the day, and it was an incredible day from start to finish. He picked us up from the Inn we stayed at in Carmel and we were able to see everything Carmel, Monterey, and Big Sur had to offer. This was my 2nd trip to the area, but I was able to see and experience so much more with Carlos as our trusted guide. Having someone with local knowledge who ensured we have the best experience was PRICELESS, and he was friendly, personable and fun. This was my mom's first trip to the area, and she loves finding sea glass. Carlos was even able to recommend and take her to a beach where she walked away with some great finds! We both had an amazing time. FIVE-STAR-REVIEW for Carlos, Ben and others who helped make this trip a success. The many stops along the way were both breath-taking and needed to break up the drive, but you sure get to see all the gorgeous spots along Highway 1. The guide was interesting and had a great play list of California music for you to listen to as he drove. The knowledgeable driver was nice but the bus could use a little updating and/or upgrades. At times, it was uncomfortably hot and the one speaker that worked happened to be above my head. The app worked well but due to traffic it was sometimes impossible to go the speed limit to keep it on track. Good info and hit all the key spots.
