- Luisa LSanta Maria da Feira, Portugal39 contributionsPleasant beach!
There is a car park quite in front of the beach!
It's a nice spot where you can simply relax on the sand, go for a walk, fish ...
The sea is calm ... so you can have a swim!Written 20 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sos_kssSesimbra, Portugal109 contributionsReally, truly, beautiful, hideaway. Rich history. Beautiful views. Down a few slopes of centuries old, narrow, understandably decaying, stairs (sneakers/tennis shoes and cross-body bag or small backpack recommended if taking more than your phone). Doesn't take long to get to the cave/cavern of Lapa de Santa Margarida and back up to the top. Beautiful sights, water, mists!Written 17 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- euromatSaxmundham, UK170 contributionsWe visited later on in the day. The kind lady who works there let us look around for free because she was closing at 4. Lots to see in a small pace with a stunning view over the coastWritten 30 April 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WanderingOttersonsDenver, CO1,474 contributionsOur arrival to this beach was by kayak on a day trip. The group pulled up our kayaks on shore and set up a small volleyball net and canopy, had some lunch with drinks and hung out. Great fun. The beach itself I would come to again if in the area. Set away from the beaches closer to parking, it is likely less visited but not for lack of anything other than proximity. The sand here is wonderful and more quiet than the busier sections nearby. Anixa island is just a little way out and possibly a little far to swim unassisted for many but not too far for a little light snorkeling if you are able. There will be no lifeguards on this section of beach.Written 2 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dublinpodDublin, Ireland8 contributionsWow! Amazing time with our kids in Portinho. We took two Kayaks in this idyllic port that has to be seen. It's such a beautiful port with crystal clear waters. Stay close to the shore and see through the kayak for unbelievable and really unique views. Highly recommended. Marcelo was great too.Written 12 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Kathleen TUnited Kingdom14 contributionsReviews don’t do this justice. It’s like your best friend is taking you to all the most wonderful places that are only for locals. Andre kept in touch prior to us arriving in Lisbon and was there as arranged at our apartment on time with a huge smile. We had chosen to eat in a seafood restaurant and were wowed by the scenic coastal route (with smooth driving); the most amazing views en route and pretty fabulous food. The wine tours were wonderful - from a full on international operation to a tiny farm that sold to locals - the sheep were a bonus!
If there was a gold star we would add it - could not recommend more ….
