Small boardwalk when comparing to wildwood NJ but sufficient for toddlers and young kids. We stopped into Victoria's which I would recommend. There are many stores that run perpendicular to the boardwalk, and many smaller walkways with additional shops. The only issue I had was the 30 amp outlet didn’t work. Luckily I had a converted for the 50 amp to 30 amp connection but it could have been very unfortunate if I didn’t. There was no campground attendant on duty and it was around Labor Day weekend. Overall, the site was nicely maintained and they had a laundry facility onsite. - Tony JNew Jersey4,183 contributionsJungle Jims is the largest waterpark in Delaware. I was here last year for the first time. At that time my family of six enjoyed ourselves, therefore, we returned here again. This time I returned here with my family of five including two young children in June. There is lots of parking. You can’t bring your own bottled drinks here. Any bottled drinks including water must be left at the entrance. Your own refillable water bottles are permitted. I assume they want you to purchase your drinks other than water here. Our children were above 42 inches in height, therefore, they were charged the adult rate of $48 per person. We had access to the entire facility, including all water slides. There were no limitations. My total bill for the five of us was therefore $240. They have a cafe and gift shop. The cafe line is long during lunch. I recommend going either before or after the lunchtime rush. They also have bathrooms with showers. The place is quite impressive for a wide range of young and older ages. The Anaconda water slide is the most exciting two man water slide. They also have a five person water slide. I enjoyed all of the water slides, the lazy river and the wave pool. There is also a kiddie pool for the younger children. - PallasAthena08Doylestown, PA68 contributionsAs an avid trail rider, this was just the thing I needed to get off the beaten path at the beach and I managed to do 18 miles thanks to another reviewer’s expert advice. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It was so easy to follow signage from Lewes public libretto to downtown Rehoboth and then back up through Henlopen acres through Gordon’s Pond and up Rt. 9 to Lewes again. Flat terrain, some shade and incredible views. Make sure you leave time for a stop at Whiskey Beach. Not all outlets are attached, so you may have to drive from one area to the next. Two very different shows but equally performed by very talented casts. We are now buying season tickets and look forward to viewing many wonderful shows. - EricaLindenhurst, NY19 contributionsWe stopped here on our bike ride. We had a flight and got to sit for a couple of minutes. I had 3 kids with me (10, 8, & 5). They have a food truck across the street where you can order from, but unfortunately, it was closed while we were there. Overall, it was a great little stop to enjoy a beer and rest from our biking adventure. - JGShawhan16 contributionsFortunate enough to be in Rehoboth Beach on Tuesday for the Farmer's Market. Lots of booths with a wide variety of products. We bought some amazing local strawberries, local honey, jams from Backyard Jams & Jellies, and some pastries. Live music by a guitarist was great. Website says the museum opens at 8 on Saturday but audio tour is available only starting from 9 on the Delaware Seashore State Park's website. That is not true. The audio tour is available by dialing a number, so I suppose you can try it right now.
In one room, you are told to flip the switch to see the original paint of the house, but if you are visiting in the day and do not know where to look, you'd be very puzzled as I was. Look UP! I hope they have added an arrow there after I talked to them.

“They took all the trees, they put them in a tree museum
They charged the people a dollar and a half just to see them.”
Anyone who has been coming to Rehoboth since the before-time (pre-outlets) must be as horrified as I am about the rampant development and destruction of natural resources that has occurred here. What used to be a peaceful little town on the ocean is forever a booming mini-metropolis surrounded by the blight of commercialism and developers’ greed.
Mercifully, an oasis remains. Henlopen Acres, a heavily deed-restricted community, is home to a property that has stood nearly unchanged since the mid-1700’s. We are fortunate that the Corkran family in 1938 left behind the legacy of the Rehoboth Art League. The ancient home and barn, while maintaining their historic integrity, have been repurposed into gallery and studio space, respectively. Just down the hill is a more recently constructed gallery that blends organically into the bucolic pine forest. All around, it is a refreshingly stark contrast to the madness only minutes away.
Open year round, visitors can gaze at a continually changing exhibit of local artwork, much of it well-curated, and of high quality. Nearly every piece is for sale, and at surprisingly reasonable prices. There are also special events here like the RAL Outdoor show in August, and the Cottage Tour, one of the town’s best happenings.
Visitors should take a break from the beach, boardwalk, and shops, and come visit the tranquil surroundings of the Rehoboth Art League. We decided at the last minute to turn off the road and we are glad we did. A lovely picturesque marina with a restaurant and shop. We sat and looked at the boats enjoying the beautiful October sun. - Justin WHasbrouck Heights, NJ3,561 contributionsI really enjoy coming to the Rehoboth Beach Museum when I am in town. The museum displays interesting exhibitions in their upstairs gallery. They had a exhibition on the businesses of Rehoboth Beach of the past and had some of the old signs from current businesses.
Inside it talks about its development from a Mormon Retreat to a modern beach resort with the trains coming to town to open the town up, its lifeguard force over the years and the development of Camp Rehoboth, a local LGBTQ community. There is something for everyone.
