The tour itinerary is well designed and well thought of for the participants. It is packed of fun and activities. We enjoyed the snorkeling at Champagne Reef, playing with the bubbles, large and small. Its fun to see the bubbles speed up toward you when you try to cover them. The life jacket is mandatory, it is safe but also makes swimming and snorkeling easier. It's fun to swim in the Titou Gorge too, you have to waddle through caves to get to the falls. Then we particularly enjoyed the soothing hot springs. It had been a fun day, never been rushed, we felt relaxed and enjoyed the tour and we liked the local lunch and local drinks. The weather was mixed with rain and Kevin was great at pivoting and figuring out the best route. He is very knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Domenica. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. - Michele M4 contributionsThis is a family run business! From the moment we met him Kewin was amazing and so sweet. He made it perfectly clear this was our day and we could stay as long as we wanted anywhere. He gave great history and knowledge of the island all through the tour. Stopped often to show us vegetation and all kinds of great little things you don't get on a big tour. And did his very best to answer our hardest questions. The Titou gorge is beyond amazing and as a tourist you are supposed to have a guide and with Kewin you have one. He gets in with you and gives as much help as you desire. In fact he towed my mother in a tube so me, my mother, and my brother could best enjoy ourselves. He even supplied a case for our phone as we had forgotten ours. The mineral springs were also amazing and relaxing and so local. He takes you to amazing stops you won't get on a normal tour like a fruit tasting stand that only asks for what you think it is worth. And they had local items we did not see anywhere else! I had absolutely no fear about getting back to our ship on time. He is kind and attentive and I have no doubt all his family is the same. You do have to pay entrance fees. But even including that we got to do more for much less!!! The van is the standard 10 seater van you see all over the island. It was clean and had great air conditioning. Don't waste your money on a cruise tour. Live like a local with Kewin and his family!!!! The tour was great and we liked the tour guide and driver. However, the driver was not waiting for us in the area where we were told to meet. We had to ask around the tourism office and he eventually showed up after a bit of a wait. Also, we were kind of annoyed that we had to wait even longer because the tour guide tried to get more cruise ship passengers who didn't book in advance to join the tour.
Again, the driver and tour guide were great and we enjoyed the tour immensely, we were just unhappy with how it started. If I had to guess, the people who joined our tour late were probably able to pay quite a bit less than those of us who booked in advance.
I would advise people visiting Dominica for the day to just find a driver/tour guide upon getting off the ship in the morning. They were funny, informative and went above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect from tour guides. I highly recommend this experience if you are physically up for the challenge. 10 out 10!!! Stil was beautiful view.
My nephiew make it to Boiling Lake and John was amazing guide, highly recommend him. Great person.
Even I didn't make it to the lake I will do it again.

Ash was our tour guide and she was so sweet friendly- really knowledgeable on what Dominica has to offer as well as answering all our questions that we had .
We had Johnny as our driver and he was amazing!! Very good driver and helpful throughout the tour.
The boiling points was fascinating to see, and the tour guides allowed us to touch the water as it trickles down to the end of the boiling point where it is warm. This was nice. It made your skin really smooth.
The rest of the tour guides constantly checked in with us and made sure that we are doing and feeling okay. We were also given a coconut snack and some local rum punch and fresh cold water. The coconut snack was amazing. Rum punch really has a punch but it goes down smooth. They give it to you after the swimming of course lol
Then… it came time to do the titou gorge waterfall experience. We were asked if we were strong swimmers and unfortunately me and my sister could not swim however they reassured us that we would have a personal lifeguard and lifeboat to hold onto as well as the life vest that all persons are required to wear.
Despite being very scared, they encouraged us and supported us and gave us step-by-step instructions. The water is 50 to 100 feet deep and there is a strong current…however if you cannot swim or you are not a strong swimmer, you can still do this experience because of how supportive all the team were- again you will have a personal lifeguard if you cannot swim.
Remember you have a life vest so naturally you are going to float . The young guys Helped me and my sister the whole time and made a joke out of us being scared which really helped us relax and ease our worries and they got good pictures of us in the waterfall as well.
Everyone was so friendly and I am so glad I pushed myself to do the waterfall. I encourage anyone else who is not the most confident in water to do the same experience .
As I come from Dominica and it was my first time visiting Dominica this was an amazing experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend anyone coming into Dominica to do it with the wacky rollers !!proud to be 🇩🇲🇩🇲🇩🇲
