What travellers are saying
- CocoViejaCambridge, MA49 contributionsThis was an amazing place to visit, to learn the history of he Wampanoug in Mashpee and beyond. It was a house so indoor exhibit not extensive but still comprehensive. Outdoors was a boat and a Wetu which was amazing. the staff was super nice and very informative. Entrance fee of $6 is nominal.Written 14 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Sue COntario, Canada29 contributionsSuch a fun brewery! Rode our bikes from Mashpee. Loved their beer and seltzers and they have a huge, multi-level patio! Highly recommended!Written 12 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jennifer J1 contributionGreat place, the kids had lots of fun. Nice staff, clean facility. Only negative is no adult seating. Grammy and Grampy get tired of standing. Fortunately we had camp chairs in the car and brought them in.Written 25 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lizowizBoston, MA10 contributionsLovely hike/walk out to the pond, very peaceful and quiet/serene.
Just a couple warnings: This came up on a list of stroller friendly paths and I must say it is NOT stroller friendly, lots of tree roots along the pathways, narrow boardwalks and a few sections of stairs. Also, many dogs were on walks off leash despite signs that say dogs must be leashed. On two separate occasions, two dogs charged at us and jumped on us.Written 8 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The sun came out and it was mild and this seemed to be the answer. I was just five minutes from the trail head. I inadvertently chose the Thorp Trail and followed it for over a mile. It took me over three small foot bridges and runs parallel to the river. The path is wide and well marked but be aware there are several steep hills, though none more then 20-30 feet (6-9 m) high. There are numerous great views of the river through the trees as well as cut offs that bring near the water's edge. Though it was well past peak for foliage there were still some impressive splashes of color. My total hike was about three miles (5 km) and was a perfect way to spend about an hour. It is free to enter.Written 27 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CoachK2525Dedham, MA1,336 contributionsBeautiful spot with great beer (snacks are only food). Only 2 people there when we went on a Monday afternoon so kind of a bummer....Just opened in May and assume seasonal.Written 25 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
