Pumpkin patch, small straw maze, pony rides, candy apples, cider and donuts, hay rides. The peaches are always sweet and juicy and the apples crisp and tasty They have expanded their selection of fruits from apples, pears and peaches to include grapes, strawberries and blueberries all U-pick to span the season. (the store always has
some prepicked fruit as well) There is a play area for kids to have fun while parents pick fruit or browse the shop. The red sand in the picture is dumped by staff at the top of the tapered beach. At the shoreline, this part of Lake Ontario is rocky, but beautifully rounded by the water and lovely texture to a barefoot swimmer.
The Gazebo is newer with electric and spacious enough for a generous wedding reception. The bathrooms are always in good working order and usually clean.
I subtracted a star because in my opinion there could be more benches near the water and more parking available.

They clearly know what they are doing, and genuinely enjoyed finding fish for us to try and catch! My kids each caught one, sadly mine got away, but it was definitely an amazing time. I would absolutely recommend Lucky Dutchman to anyone who loves to fish, or just wants to give it a try! - Andrea J2 contributionsThey only want to fish for Lake Trout which a 2 year old could catch. If salmon and brown trout don’t immediately show on the screen, it’s “let’s go get Lake trout. Well Lake Trout are the garbage fish of Lake Ontario. No legit charter captain who knows how to fish would EVER intentionally fish for Lake Trout.
