- StefanoStamford, CT1,010 contributionsThis mall has a good amount of stores. Most are high end but can find the regular stores you need as well.Written 3 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Greg HarrisYonkers, NY1,529 contributionsThe White Plains Performance Arts Center is a premier and spectacular performing arts theater in White Plains, New York.
It has featured numerous classic and modern theatrical shows, Broadway musicals, concerts and other performing attractions.
In December of 2021, I brought and treated my wife and myself to see “A Christmas Carol” at the White Plains Performance Arts Center.
“A Christmas Carol” is superb Christmas theme musical and my wife and I enjoyed the show from start to finish. The cast performed brilliantly in every aspect.Their acting, singing and dancing was flawlessly executed and highly entertaining!!!
What my wife and I love most about the White Plains Performance Arts Center are its seating, because it is very comforting, provides great spacing between you and fellow patrons and positions you with great views of the stage no matter where you sit.
Both my wife and I definitely give two thumbs up to the White Plains Performance Arts Center and highly recommend that you visit and watch a performance at this great theater!!!Written 27 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I would imagine its crowded in the summer with the huge pool on one end of the park. Also watch out for deer....yes deer in White Plains. One ran right in front of me at 6 am when I drove by there a few weeks ago. The huge parking lot is used for school bus parking for the City of White Plains, so you would want to watch out for lots of schools buses at certain times.Written 12 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Amanda EWhite Plains, NY3 contributionsThis house is like a living museum. Tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. I love how the guide didn’t just talk about Percy Grainger’s music, but also described the cultural, social, and economic impact of his work and life. And they had a harmonium!!! Will be coming back with my parents for another tour!Written 4 April 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WestMilford80West Milford, NJ6 contributionsThe park features a paved pathway surrounded by different species of trees. There are over one hundred cherry trees (mix of Kwanzan & Yoshino) which provide spectacular color every spring. Turnure Park also features a bandstand, bocce courts, playground and seasonal restrooms which are located in the southeast corner.Written 30 May 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jmpjoyRye, NY39 contributionsI pass this store everyday on my way to work for past two years. I finally stopped in the other evening and was beyond pleasantly surprised. First, the store is stunning. The selection at first appears to be only super high end but after George showed me the value selection where there are over 75 wines under $15, I realized that you can’t judge a book by its cover. In addition, the spirits were an added plus. I purchased a whiskey that was a big hit at a gathering later that night along with a mixed case of wine (15% discount). I will be back! - seanworcNew York City, NY719 contributionsThis is a small park honoring the Revolutionary War Battle known as the Battle of White Plains. Located right near the Bronx River Parkway, the Bronx River, and Downtown White Plains. There is a plaque and a cannon sculpture in the small park. Washington was chased here from Brooklyn, through Manhattan, into The Bronx, and finally into Westchester. The British tried to deliver a killer defeat, but Washington's forces kept escaping and lived to fight another day! Washington escaped this battle and moved north to suffer even more defeats before his historic victory at Trenton, NJ. Mainly for history buffs.Written 7 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Jessica H3 contributionsMy son and I took the 45 min flight. From the car pick up to the drop off back at the hotel, everyone we encountered was very nice and easy going. It was about a 50 minute drive to the airport which I wasn't expecting but thats on me because I am sure it was noted somewhere. Pilot was descriptive and knowledgeable. It was a really enjoyable time and glad I got to share it with my 15 yo, not many things are "valid" to him anymore.Written 12 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
